Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 3 Maret 2025 Perseroan telah melakukan
pembayaran pembelian kembali seluruh MTN Perseroan
sebesar Rp391.250.000.000,- (Tiga Ratus Sembilan Puluh
Satu Miliar Dua Ratus Lima Puluh Juta Rupiah) dan
Pembayaran Bunga MTN ke 11 sebesar Rp4.616.750.000,-
(Empat Miliar Enam Ratus Enam Belas Juta Tujuh Ratus Lima
Puluh Ribu Rupiah), dengan jadwal pembayaran bunga ke 11
dan pembelian kembali keseluruhan MTN sesuai jadwal dari
KSEI adalah tanggal 4 Maret 2025.
Sebagai informasi, MTN Perseroan diterbitkan pada tanggal
05 Oktober 2022 dengan jumlah pokok sebesar
Rp626.000.000.000,-Pada tanggal 29 November 2024
Perseroan telah melakukan pembelian kembali sebagian
sebesar Rp234.750.000.000 dengan tingkat suku Bungan
sebesar 7.20%.(tujuh koma dua puluh persen) per tahun.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transaksi ini tidak berdampak pada operasional, keuangan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dan/atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or On March 3, 2025, the Company has repurchased all of the
Facts Company's MTN amounting to Rp391,250,000,000, - (Three
Hundred Ninety One Billion Two Hundred Fifty Million Rupiah)
and the 11th MTN Interest Payment of Rp4,616,750,000, -
(Four Billion Six Hundred Sixteen Million Seven Hundred Fifty
Thousand Rupiah), with the 11th interest payment schedule
and repurchase of the entire MTN according to the schedule
from KSEI on March 4, 2025.
For information, the Company's MTN was issued on October
5, 2022 with a principal amount of Rp626,000,000,000, - On
November 29, 2024 the Company has partially repurchased
Rp234,750,000,000 with an interest rate of 7.20% (seven point
twenty percent) per year.
Impact of event, material information or This Transaction does not have any impact on the Companys
facts towards Issuers or Public operations, financial condition and/or business activity.
