Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 3 Maret 2025 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX: ELSA),
anak usaha PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) yang tergabung
dalam Subholding Upstream Pertamina, terus berkomitmen
meningkatkan keandalan dan ketahanan operasional melalui
penerapan ISO 55001 Asset Management System. Sejak
diimplementasikan dan disertifikasi pada tahun 2017, standar
ini telah memberikan manfaat besar bagi perusahaan dalam
mengelola aset operasional secara lebih efisien dan
berkelanjutan. Langkah ini sejalan dengan upaya Elnusa
dalam mendukung transformasi digital berkelanjutan,
meningkatkan teknologi, dan berinovasi dalam pengelolaan
energi nasional.
Salah satu pencapaian signifikan dari implementasi ini adalah
peningkatan validitas Master Data, yang mencakup status,
lokasi, serta kondisi aset dan peralatan secara real-time.
Dengan informasi yang lebih akurat dan terintegrasi, Elnusa
mampu mengambil keputusan strategis lebih cepat dan tepat,
guna memastikan operasional berjalan dengan optimal.
Selain itu, melalui penerapan Computerized Maintenance
Management System (CMMS), Elnusa berhasil meningkatkan
efektivitas dalam Reliability Centered Maintenance. Hal ini
berdampak pada perbandingan Preventive Maintenance
dengan Corrective Maintenance yang mencapai 70:30,
menjadikannya salah satu yang terbaik di kelasnya (Best in
Class). Dengan manajemen perawatan yang lebih baik,
perusahaan juga berhasil menekan angka Non-Productive
Time (NPT) hingga di bawah 1%, sehingga meningkatkan
efisiensi dan produktivitas operasi.
Di sisi kepatuhan, Elnusa memastikan seluruh aset yang
dikelola telah terkalibrasi dan tersertifikasi sesuai dengan
regulasi dan standar yang berlaku di Indonesia. Pengukuran
compliance terhadap peraturan ini dilakukan secara ketat
untuk menjamin operasional yang aman dan efisien.

Maulina, menegaskan bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen
aset berbasis ISO 55001 merupakan bukti nyata komitmen
Elnusa dalam menjalankan operasional yang andal, aman,

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, March 3, 2025 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa, IDX: ELSA),
Facts a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) under
Pertamina's Upstream Subholding, remains committed to
enhancing operational reliability and resilience through the
implementation of the ISO 55001 Asset Management System.
Since its adoption and certification in 2017, this standard has
provided significant benefits to the company, enabling more
efficient and sustainable management of operational assets.
This initiative aligns with Elnusa's efforts to support continuous
digital transformation, advance technology, and drive
innovation in national energy management.
One of the key achievements of this implementation is the
improved validity of Master Data, which encompasses the real-
time status, location, and condition of assets and equipment.
With more accurate and integrated information, Elnusa can
make strategic decisions more swiftly and precisely to ensure
optimal operations.
Additionally, through the implementation of the Computerized
Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Elnusa has
successfully enhanced the effectiveness of Reliability
Centered Maintenance. This has resulted in an optimal
Preventive Maintenance to Corrective Maintenance ratio of
70:30, making it one of the best in its class. With improved
maintenance management, the company has also managed to
reduce Non-Productive Time (NPT) to below 1%, significantly
improving operational efficiency and productivity.
In terms of compliance, Elnusa ensures that all managed
assets are calibrated and certified in accordance with
Indonesian regulations and standards. Strict compliance
measurements are implemented to guarantee safe and
efficient operations.

55001-based asset management system serves as a concrete
