Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk (SMART
atau Perseroan) telah mempersiapkan dana pembayaran
pokok Obligasi Berkelanjutan II SMART Tahap I Tahun 2020
Seri B (Obligasi) yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 3 April
2025 sebesar Rp 166.500.000.000,00 (seratus enam puluh
enam miliar lima ratus juta Rupiah). Ketersediaan dana atas
pembayaran pokok ini didukung oleh kinerja keuangan dan
likuiditas Perseroan yang baik.
Dana pelunasan pokok termasuk pembayaran bunga atas
Obligasi tersebut akan disetorkan ke dalam rekening PT
Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia secara tepat waktu sesuai
jadual yang telah ditentukan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Description of Material Information or PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk (SMART
Facts or the Company) has prepared the fund availability for the
principal settlement of SMART Shelf-Registered Bonds II
Phase I Year 2020 B Series (Bond) which will mature on 3
April 2025 amounting to Rp 166,500,000,000.00 (one hundred
sixty six billion five hundred million Rupiah). The fund
availability for the principal settlement is supported by the
Company healthy financial performance and liquidity position.
The fund for the Bond principal settlement including its interest
payment will be deposited into the account of PT Kustodian
Sentral Efek Indonesia on time pursuant to the specified
schedule.
