Regulation (“POJK”) No. 32/POJK.04/2015 on Capital Increase of Public Companies with Pre-
emptive Rights as amended by the POJK No. 14/POJK.04/2019 on Amendment of POJK No.
32/POJK.04/2015 on Capital Increase of Public Companies with Pre-emptive Rights, herewith
we convey the implementation result of the PMTHMETD as follows:

and recorded

3. PMTHMETD exercise price

4. Implementation date of PMTHMETD
and listing of additional shares

5. The party that takes part in the newly

issued shares from the implementation
of the PMTHMETD

6. Use of proceeds plan from PMTHMETD

hundred thirty three million seven hundred
thousand four hundred fifty two) series B
ordinary shares or 46.294 (forty six point two
nine percent) of the fully issued and paid-up
capital of the Company after the exercise of
PMTHMETD.

PT Madhani Talatah Nusantara (“MTN”), PT
Andhesti Tungkas Pratama (“ATP”), and PT
Antareja Mahada Makmur (“AMM”), which
are not an affiliated party of the Company.

There will be no use of proceeds in this
PMTHMETD because the proceeds recorded
as the result of this PMTHMETD are the
results from the Company's debt conversion
to MTN, ATP, and AMM, which is a settlement
of the Company's debt to MTN, ATP, and
AMM.
