Delta Dunia Group Receives Shareholders’ Approvals to Change Name to
                     BUMA International Group
Jakarta, March 3, 2025 – PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (Delta Dunia Group, IDX: DOID)
announced that its shareholders have approved the company’s name change to PT BUMA
Internasional Grup Tbk (BUMA International Group). This approval was granted during the
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) held on February 27, 2025.

The name change builds on the reputation of PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA) as a top-
tier mining contractor in Indonesia and overseas. By adopting BUMA as its identity, the Group
amplifies its reputation as a trusted mining partner, while positioning itself for greater impact
across domestic and international markets.

Ronald Sutardja, President Director of BUMA International Group, stated, "The decision to
change our name goes beyond a simple rebranding – it is a reaffirmation of our ongoing
transformation and future direction. By integrating BUMA’s rich legacy and proven track record
into our Group’s identity, we are reinforcing our core strengths and solidifying our commitment
to excellence, further cementing BUMA’s reputation as a global diversified mining group."

Concurrent with the name change, the Group’s shareholders approved changes to its board
compositions. Notable changes include the transition of Dian Sofia Andyasuri from the Board of
Directors to the Board of Commissioners, replacing Peter John Chambers, who has stepped
down as an Independent Commissioner. Additionally, Dian Paramita, who previously served as
Deputy Director Group Legal Counsel, has been appointed to the Board of Directors.
