     Elnusa Trans Samudera’s Hopper Barge Fleet Ready to Support
                   Upstream Oil and Gas Operations
Jakarta, February 28, 2025 – PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), through its subsidiary PT Elnusa Trans Samudera (ETSA), which specializes in offshore and marine
support, has officially launched its latest hopper barge fleet, Elnusa Samudra 11. The inauguration ceremony took place at the Adiluhung Sarana Segara
Indonesia Shipyard in Madura. This initiative is part of ETSA’s business development strategy to expand its portfolio while enhancing added value for the
national maritime industry. With a Domestic Component Level (TKDN) of 95%, this investment underscores Elnusa's commitment to realizing President
Prabowo Subianto’s vision for the energy industry. This initiative further strengthens ETSA’s role in supporting operational sustainability and expanding
upstream oil and gas support services in Indonesia.

As a type of barge with an open containment system, hopper barges play a crucial role in the energy and maritime industries, particularly in transporting
dredging materials. Given the increasing demand for such vessels, ETSA remains committed to continuous innovation, enhancing capacity, and improving
efficiency in supporting upstream oil and gas operations, including the transportation of water-based mud drilling materials and dredging activities.

Elnusa Samudra 11 offers two key advantages: it functions as a Dredging Hopper Barge, designed for transporting dredged materials, and as a Drilling Cutting
Hopper Barge Containment, supporting oil and gas well drilling activities while also facilitating well intervention operations.

ETSA Director Kurniawati Adjie emphasized that the inauguration of Elnusa Samudra 11 marks a significant step in strengthening marine and offshore support
services. She highlighted that this investment not only unlocks new opportunities within the industry but also enhances ETSA’s contribution to the
sustainability of Indonesia’s maritime sector.

“In the future, this development will create new opportunities in the marine and offshore industry while increasing capacity, effectiveness, and efficiency in
operational support. This will ultimately contribute to the advancement of the national maritime industry,” stated Kurniawati.

She further explained that ETSA has extensive experience in operating various types of marine transportation, including landing craft tanks (LCT), utility
vessels, seismic vessels, and multiple types of barges such as well testing barges, accommodation work barges, and hopper barges. “For our hopper barge
fleet, ETSA is fully capable of operating hopper barges for transporting water-based mud drilling materials and conducting dredging activities,” she added.

“With our hopper barge fleet, ETSA is fully prepared and optimistic about ensuring the smooth operation of Indonesia’s upstream oil and gas activities. This
aligns with the national energy security agenda and supports the government’s target of achieving oil production of 1 million barrels per day and gas
production of 12 BSCFD,” Kurniawati concluded.
