Harmony in Uniting Energy: Elnusa and PHI Ignite the Spirit of
Sharing in Welcoming the Holy Month of Ramadan

Jakarta, 28 February 2025 – In welcoming the holy month of Ramadan 1446 H, PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa) and PT Pertamina Hulu
Indonesia (PHI) held an event titled Harmony in Uniting Energy: Revitalizing the Energy of Sharing and Building Hope at Baitul
Hikmah Elnusa Mosque, Graha Elnusa, Jakarta. This initiative reflects the companies’ commitment to social responsibility and their
dedication to sharing with those in need, particularly orphans and underprivileged individuals.

During this heartwarming event, Elnusa and PHI provided donations to a total of 371 orphans and 300 underprivileged individuals.
This initiative not only served as an act of giving but also as an opportunity to strengthen the bond between the company and
stakeholders while reinforcing humanitarian values.

Elnusa’s Director of Operations, Endro Hartanto, emphasized in his speech that Ramadan is an ideal time to enhance relationships
and extend the company’s positive impact on the wider community.

“As part of the Subholding Upstream family, Elnusa and PHI continue to collaborate not only in business operations but also in
making a broader social impact. Today, we are jointly providing assistance to those in need as a tangible demonstration of our
concern for the community. May this initiative bring goodness to the recipients and blessings to us all,” said Endro.

This initiative is part of Elnusa & PHI’s commitment to supporting social and environmental sustainability, in alignment with the
AKHLAK corporate values and Asta Cita vision.

“The collaboration between Elnusa and PHI is proof that by working together, we can bring greater benefits to society. Moving
forward, we remain committed to generating sustainable energy and positive impacts for the community, the nation, and the
environment, fostering a better and more harmonious future,” he added.

Meanwhile, PHI President Director Sunaryanto stated that this event serves as a moment for fostering relationships and sharing in
preparation for the holy month of Ramadan. “We believe that a harmonious relationship with the community supports the success
and sustainability of our business in producing energy for Indonesia,” he said.

Sunaryanto expressed his hope that everyone enters this blessed month with a pure heart and sincerity. “The prayers we offer
together today are our efforts in seeking blessings, safety, and smooth business operations now and in the future,” said Sunaryanto,
who is affectionately known as Anto.

The event also featured an Islamic sermon (tausiyah) by KH. Ahmad Syaiful Habib, who emphasized the importance of sharing and
strengthening togetherness during Ramadan. Additionally, a collective prayer session and a ceremonial donation handover to
orphans and underprivileged individuals were conducted.

The Islamic Religious Council (BDI) of Elnusa, in collaboration with BDI PHI, played a key role in organizing this event and expressed
appreciation for the full support from Elnusa and PHI management. This initiative represents a tangible manifestation of the spirit
of care and synergy continuously fostered within the company.

With a spirit of togetherness and compassion, Elnusa and PHI aspire to continue making meaningful contributions to society and
fostering harmony in social life. May this year’s Ramadan inspire all parties to keep spreading kindness and building a better future.
