PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk Announced Full Year 2024 Financial Performance
PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (SIMP Group or the Company) today reported its audited consolidated financial
statements for the year ended December 31, 2024 (FY2024).
In FY2024, Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) nucleus production slightly declined 1% yoy to 2.8 million tonnes while CPO
production was relatively flat yoy to 706 thousand tonnes.
Plantation and Edible Oils & Fats (EOF) Divisions’ sales rose 10% yoy and 9% yoy respectively. Stronger average selling
prices of palm products and EOF products contributed to higher Plantation and EOF Divisions’ sales which were partly
offset by lower sales volume of palm products. However, SIMP Group's external sales (after elimination) was relatively
flat yoy due to higher inter-segment sales.
SIMP Group recorded a positive set of results in FY2024. Gross profit was up 44% yoy to Rp4.84 trillion, operating profit
was up 71% yoy to Rp3.30 trillion and profit for the year attributable to owners of the parent increased 110% yoy to
Rp1.55 trillion. SIMP Group’s net gearing ratio was down to 0.11x as of December 31, 2024 compared to 0.16x as of
December 31, 2023.
Mr. Mark Wakeford, President Director of SIMP Group commented, “In FY2024, SIMP Group achieved a positive financial
performance mainly driven by higher commodity prices and also our efforts on cost control and efficiency. The
agribusiness sector still faced challenges in FY2024, particularly due to weather impacts, volatility in commodity prices
and global uncertainties. We remain focused on improving operations and productivity, prioritising our capital
expenditure in critical areas, improving cost control and efficiency, and conducting good agricultural practices in a
sustainable manner.”

PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (Grup SIMP atau Perseroan) hari ini melaporkan laporan keuangan konsolidasian yang
telah diaudit untuk tahun yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024 (FY2024).
Pada FY2024, produksi Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) inti turun sedikit sebesar 1% yoy menjadi 2,8 juta ton sementara
produksi CPO relatif sama yoy menjadi 706 ribu ton.
Penjualan Divisi Perkebunan dan Minyak & Lemak Nabati (EOF) naik masing-masing 10% yoy dan 9% yoy.
Peningkatan harga jual rata-rata produk sawit dan produk EOF berkontribusi pada kenaikan penjualan Divisi
Perkebunan dan EOF yang sebagian diimbangi oleh penurunan volume penjualan produk sawit. Namun, penjualan
eksternal Grup SIMP (setelah eliminasi) relatif sama yoy seiring kenaikan penjualan antar segmen.
Grup SIMP mencatat kinerja yang positif pada FY2024. Laba bruto naik 44% yoy menjadi Rp4,84 triliun, laba usaha
naik 71% menjadi Rp3,30 triliun dan laba tahun berjalan yang dapat diatribusikan kepada pemilik entitas induk
meningkat 110% yoy menjadi Rp1,55 triliun. Rasio pengungkit neto (net gearing) Grup SIMP pada 31 Desember 2024
turun menjadi 0,11x dibandingkan 0,16x pada 31 Desember 2023.
Bapak Mark Wakeford, Direktur Utama Grup SIMP mengatakan, “Pada FY2024, Grup SIMP meraih kinerja keuangan
yang positif terutama seiring kenaikan harga komoditas serta upaya-upaya kami dalam pengendalian biaya dan
efisiensi. Sektor agribisnis pada FY2024 masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dampak cuaca, volatilitas
harga komoditas dan ketidakpastian global. Kami tetap berfokus pada peningkatan kegiatan operasional dan
produktivitas, memprioritaskan belanja modal pada aspek-aspek yang penting, peningkatan pengendalian biaya dan
efisiensi serta melakukan praktik-praktik agrikultur yang baik secara berkelanjutan.”
