09-2022 tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi
(“Peraturan I-€”) dan untuk memenuhi kewajiban
Public Expose Tahunan PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources
and Technology Tbk (“PT SMART Tbk” atau
“Perseroan”), berikut kami sampaikan materi Public
Expose Tahunan Perseroan yang disampaikan
bersamaan dengan penyampaian Laporan Keuangan
Konsolidasian PT SMART Tbk dan Entitas Anak untuk
tahun yang berakhir tanggal 31 Desember 2024 dan
2023 yang telah diaudit. Penyampaian materi ini juga
guna memenuhi kewajiban Public Expose Tahunan
sesuai Ketentuan III.3.6 Peraturan I-E.

Referring to the Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation I-£
No. Kep-00066/BE1/09-2022 regarding Obligation on
Information Submission (“Regulation I-£”) and to fulfill
the Annual Public Expose obligation of PT Sinar Mas Agro
Resources and Technology Tbk (“PT SMART Tbk” or “the
Company”), we would like to submit the Company's
Annual Public Expose material, simultaneously with the
submission of the Audited Consolidated Financial
Statements of PT SMART Tbk and Subsidiaries for the
years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023. The
submission of this material is also to fulfill the Company's
Annual Public Expose obligation as accordance to the
Provision III.3.6 of the Regulation I-E.
