3.   Uraian Informasi atau Fakta       Bersama ini kami sampaikan Pengunduran Diri Bapak Bambang
     Material                          Ismawan selaku Komisaris Independen Perseroan yang diterima
                                       Perseroan pada hari ini, Jumat, 26 Juni 2026. Alasan pengunduran
                                       diri Bapak Bambang Ismawan adalah sehubungan dengan
                                       penunjukan beliau sebagai Direktur Utama pada perusahaan lain.

                                       Dengan merujuk pada POJK 33/2014 dan Anggaran Dasar
                                       Perseroan, Perseroan akan menyelenggarakan Rapat Umum
                                       Pemegang Saham untuk memutuskan permohonan pengunduran diri
                                       tersebut paling lambat 90 (sembilan puluh) hari kalender setelah
                                       diterimanya permohonan pengunduran diri dimaksud.

     Detail of Information or          We hereby inform you of the resignation of Mr. Bambang Ismawan from
     Material Facts                    his position as the Company's Independent Commissioner, which
                                       resignation was received by the Company on Friday, 26 June 2026. Mr.
                                       Bambang Ismawan tendered his resignation following his appointment
                                       as President Director of another company.

                                    With reference to OJK Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 and the
                                    Company's Articles of Association, the Company will convene a General
                                    Meeting of Shareholders to resolve upon the resignation requests no
                                    later than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of receipt of such
                                    resignation requests.
