Berkelanjutan I Tiphone Tahap II Tahun 2016 untuk periode tahun 2024. 2. Penentuan
sikap dan keputusan para Pemegang Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Tiphone Tahap II Tahun 2016
atas penjelasan dan usulan PT Omni Inovasi Indonesia Tbk sehubungan adanya kelalaian
dan/atau pelanggaran tidak dipenuhinya kewajiban pelunasan Pokok bertahap, pembayaran
Bunga Tunai ke-16 dan ke-17 Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Tiphone Tahap II Tahun 2016, serta
kewajiban Pemeringkatan Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Tiphone Tahap II Tahun 2016 untuk
periode tahun 2024.

2016 regarding the explanation and proposal from PT Omni Inovasi Indonesia Tbk
concerning negligence and/or violations in failing to fulfill the obligation for the gradual
repayment of the Principal, the payment of the 16th and 17th Cash Interest of the
Sustainable Bonds I Tiphone Phase II Year 2016, as well as the obligation for the Rating of
the Sustainable Bonds I Tiphone Phase II Year 2016 for the 2024 period.
