Referring to: (i) the provisions of OJK Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure of
Information or Material Facts by Issuer or Public Companies, and (ii) Decree of the Board of Directors
of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (“IDX”) No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 concerning Amendment to
Regulation No. I-E concerning Information Submission Obligations, we hereby for and on behalf of PT
Digital Mediatama Maxima Tbk (“the Company”) submit the Report on Information or Material Facts

Komposisi Kepemilikan saham Perseroan di PT DMMX Vizion
Teknologi adalah sebanyak 50% (lima puluh persen) atau senilai Rp.
500.000.000 (lima ratus juta Rupiah).
The Company has established a new subsidiary named PT DMMX
Vizion Teknologi. The establishment of this subsidiary is documented in
the Deed of Establishment of the Limited Liability Company No. 36
dated 24 February 2025, made before Notary Chrystofer, SH., M.Kn.,
and has received the legal entity establishment approval from the
Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia,
Number: AHU-0044289.AH.01.11.YEAR 2025 dated 25 February 2025.
The shareholding composition of the Company in PT DMMX Vizion
Teknologi is 50% (fifty percent) or amounting to IDR 500,000,000 (five
hundred million Rupiah).
