with the Deed of Establishment of PT Solumitra Mandiri Abadi
No. 11, dated February 11, 2025, made before Audrey Tedja,
S.H., M.Kn, Notary in West Jakarta Administrative City, and
has received approval from the Minister of Law and Human
Rights of the Republic of Indonesia with the number AHU-
0012539.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2025, dated February 17, 2025.
**Relationship Between the Parties:**
PT Perma Plasindo and PT Intan Pariwara are shareholders in
PT Solumitra Mandiri Abadi.
**Share Ownership Composition:**
1. PT Perma Plasindo Tbk owns 19,999,999 (nineteen million
nine hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine)
shares with a nominal value of Rp 1,999,999,900,- (one billion
