Information or Facts by Issuers or Public Companies which amended by OJK Regulation Number 45 of 2024 regarding
Development and Reinforcement of Issuers and Public Companies (“POJK31/2015”); and Rule Number I-E regarding the
Obligation for Information Submission, Attachment to the Decree of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock

3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Perseroan telah menerima surat pengunduran diri Bapak Ronald Sutardja dari
Material jabatannya selaku Direktur Utama Perseroan tertanggal 25 Juni 2026. Sesuai

lowongan jabatan Direksi sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
The Company has received the resignation letter of Mr. Ronald Sutardja from
his position as President Director of the Company dated June 25, 2026. In
accordance with the provisions of the Company’s Articles of Association and
the prevailing laws and regulations, the Company will convene a General
Meeting of Shareholders or adopt shareholders’ resolutions having the same
legal force as a General Meeting of Shareholders to resolve on such
resignation and/or fill the vacancy in the Board of Directors in accordance with
the applicable provisions.
Perseroan akan menuangkan pengunduran diri tersebut dalam akta notaris
sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
Perseroan selanjutnya akan menyampaikan informasi lebih lanjut setelah
akta notaris tersebut dibuat dan Perseroan menerima bukti penerimaan
pemberitahuan dari Kementerian Hukum Republik Indonesia.
The Company will set forth such resignation in a notarial deed in accordance
with the prevailing laws and regulations. The Company will subsequently
provide further information once the notarial deed has been executed and the
Company has received proof of receipt of the notification from the Ministry of
Law of the Republic of Indonesia.
