dan diversifikasi portofolio bisnis. “Perusahaan terus memperluas jangkauan operasionalnya
dengan menambah armada serta memperkuat segmen bisnis utama, khususnya dengan
penambahan armada untuk jasa sewa kapal. Investasi ini tidak hanya memperkuat daya saing,
tetapi juga mendukung pertumbuhan jangka panjang dalam industri logistik maritim yang
semakin menantang,” jelas Yon.

Efisiensi operasional sebagai kunci keberhasilan GTSI dalam menjaga profitabilitas juga
didukung oleh implementasi strategi efisiensi biaya dan pengelolaan risiko yang lebih baik.
Optimalisasi rute pelayaran, digitalisasi operasional, serta pemanfaatan teknologi dalam
monitoring pengelolaan kapal menjadi faktor utama dalam pencapaian ini. Perbaikan rasio
likuiditas dan solvabilitas yang dicapai pada tahun 2025 juga menunjukkan hasil pengelolaan
keuangan Perusahaan yang tepat dan efektif.

Sepanjang tahun 2025, GTSI telah mengimplementasikan komitmennya pada prinsip
Keberlanjutan (ESG). Perseroan berhasil mempertahankan penggunaan bahan bakar LNG dan
LSFO untuk operasional kapal serta mencatatkan zero oil spill sebagai bentuk komitmen
terhadap perlindungan lingkungan. Dari aspek sosial, Perusahaan mencatatkan peningkatan
durasi pelatihan sebesar 67% dibandingkan tahun 2024 serta peningkatan jumlah SDM yang
mengikuti pelatihan sebesar 42%. Dari aspek tata kelola, Perusahaan memastikan seluruh
pembaruan sertifikasi ISO dan penyusunan berbagai kebijakan penting.




Fokus Strategis 2026

Yon Irawan menyampaikan “Sepanjang tahun 2026, GTSI akan melanjutkan ekspansi bisnis
melalui rencana pengembangan proyek regasifikasi, evaluasi peluang akuisisi atau kerja sama
armada LNG Carrier berkapasitas menengah dan penjajakan peluang kerja sama yang lebih luas
di bidang LNG. Kami juga akan mengoptimalkan utilisasi armada, optimalisasi biaya dan
operasional bahan bakar serta peningkatan fleet reliability and operational exellence. Struktur
permodalan dan disiplin keuangan juga akan diperkuat guna mendukung pertumbuhan jangka
panjang”.

Yon juga menegaskan komitmen Perusahaan terhadap keberlanjutan. Perusahaan akan
melanjutkan roadmap ESG & Strategi Keberlanjutan yang telah disusun dengan fokus pada
tahap Performing, yaitu tahap implementasi kebijakan dan pelaksanaan proyek-proyek
keberlanjutan yang telah direncanakan

Berdasarkan Gas Market Report International Energy Agency (IEA), pertumbuhan permintaan
gas Asia Pasifik pada 2026 diperkirakan kembali rebound menjadi >4% seiring tambahan
pasokan LNG global yang naik lebih dari 7%. Tren ini mengindikasikan fase ekspansi pasar yang
konstruktif bagi pelaku industri pengangkutan LNG, termasuk GTSI. Untuk itu, GTSI optimis
dapat terus mengambil peran dalam menjembatani kebutuhan energi antarwilayah kepulauan
di Indonesia melalui distribusi LNG berbasis maritim.

GTSI Records 32.25% Asset Growth, Strengthens National Energy Distribution
                                Services


JAKARTA, 25 June 2026 – PT GTS Internasional Tbk (GTSI) successfully recorded stable
financial performance in 2025, as reflected in the Annual and Financial Reports presented at
the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 Financial Year at the Tiara
Ballroom, Artotel Suites, Jakarta on (25/6). Through achievements that reflect sustainable
growth and a well-executed expansion strategy, the Company further solidifies its commitment
to serving the distribution of Indonesia's energy supply.

The Company recorded an asset growth of 32.25% to USD 149.2 million, compared to USD 112.9
million in the same period the previous year. This increase was driven by the addition of the
Danaputri 1 vessel, the addition of other non-current assets for vessel docking activities, an
increase in cash and cash equivalents from the Company's loans to financial institutions for
working capital, as well as an increase in receivables from third parties for vessel charter
operations.

In terms of financial growth in 2025, GTSI recorded a revenue of USD 34.7 million, up 7.92%
from USD 32.2 million in 2024. This achievement was driven by revenue from the Vessel Charter
Services segment, which has remained the primary contributor at 98% over the past three
years. The Company also successfully recorded a profit of USD 1.5 million in 2025.

GTSI President Director, Yon Irawan, stated that in 2025, the Company expanded and diversified
its business portfolio. "The Company continues to expand its operational reach by adding fleets
and strengthening its core business segments, particularly with the addition of vessels for
charter services. This investment not only strengthens our competitiveness but also supports
long-term growth in the increasingly challenging maritime logistics industry," Yon explained.

Operational efficiency, which is GTSI's key to success in maintaining profitability, was also
supported by the implementation of better cost efficiency strategies and risk management.
Voyage route optimization, operational digitalization, and the utilization of technology in
monitoring vessel management were the main factors in this achievement. The improvement in
liquidity and solvency ratios achieved in 2025 also demonstrates the results of the Company's
sound and effective financial management.

Throughout 2025, GTSI implemented its commitment to Sustainability (ESG) principles. The
Company successfully maintained the use of LNG and LSFO fuels for its vessel operations and
recorded zero oil spills as a form of its commitment to environmental protection. From a social
aspect, the Company recorded a 67% increase in training duration compared to 2024, as well as
a 42% increase in the number of human resources participating in training. In terms of
governance, the Company ensured the renewal of all ISO certifications and the formulation of
various critical policies.

Strategic Focus 2026

Yon Irawan stated, "Throughout 2026, GTSI will continue its business expansion through plans to
develop regasification projects, evaluate acquisition opportunities or partnerships for
mid-sized LNG Carrier fleets, and explore broader collaboration opportunities in the LNG
sector. We will also optimize fleet utilization, cost and fuel operations, as well as enhance
fleet reliability and operational excellence. Capital structure and financial discipline will also
be strengthened to support long-term growth."

Yon also reaffirmed the Company's commitment to sustainability. The Company will continue
the ESG roadmap & Sustainability Strategy that has been formulated, focusing on the
Performing stage, which is the implementation phase for policies and the execution of planned
sustainability projects.

Based on the International Energy Agency's (IEA) Gas Market Report, gas demand growth in the
Asia Pacific in 2026 is expected to rebound to >4% alongside an increase in global LNG supply of
more than 7%. This trend indicates a constructive market expansion phase for players in the
LNG transportation industry, including GTSI. Therefore, GTSI is optimistic that it can continue
to play a role in bridging energy needs across Indonesia's archipelagic regions through
maritime-based LNG distribution
