Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia Nomor Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30
September 2022 Perihal Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E
tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E Tentang Kewajiban
Penyampaian Informasi, dengan ini kami sampaikan
pemberitahuan sebagai berikut:
1. BRI Finance akan mencadangkan dana untuk pembayaran
pokok dan bunga Obligasi Berkelanjutan I BRI Finance Tahap
I Tahun 2025 Seri A yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 20
Juli 2026 sebesar Rp 200.000.000.000 (dua ratus miliar
rupiah).
2. Dana tersebut akan tersedia pada rekening kas dan setara
kas Perusahaan sebelum jatuh tempo pada tanggal 20 Juli
2026. Dana pelunasan pokok termasuk pembayaran bunga
atas Obligasi tersebut akan disetorkan ke dalam rekening PT
Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) secara tepat waktu
sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan.
3. Tidak ada keputusan atau hal penting lainnya yang akan
dilakukan perusahaan terkait kesiapan perusahaan
pembayaran Obligasi Berkelanjutan I BRI Finance Tahap I
Tahun 2025 Seri A.

Description of Material Information or Based on Decree of the Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia
Facts Number Kep00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022
regarding Amendments to Regulation Number I-E, we hereby
provide the following notification:
1. PT BRI Multifinance Indonesia will prepared funds to pay
the principal and interest of BRI Finance Continuous Bonds I
Phase I Year 2025 Series A amounting to Rp 200.000.000.000
(two hundred billion rupiah) which due on July, 20 2026.
2. The funds will be available in the Company's cash and cash
equivalents before due on July, 20 2026. The fund for the
payment of the Bonds principal settlement including its interest
payment will be deposited into Indonesia Central (KSEI)
account promptly according to the specified schedule.
3. There are no decisions or other important matters that will
be made by the Company regarding the Company's readiness
for the Payment of BRI Finance Continuous Bonds I Phase I
Year 2025 Series A.
