Kendaraan Bermotor Merek Changan/The Execution of the
Cooperation Document In the Form of Distribution of Changan Brand
Motor Vehicle
Salah satu anak perusahaan Perseroan, yakni PT IMG Sejahtera
Langgeng (“IMGSL”) yang 99,994 sahamnya secara efektif
dimiliki oleh Perseroan, telah menandatangani Distribution
Agreement oleh dan antara Mobitech Co., Ltd dengan IMGSL.
Dalam dokumen tersebut, disepakati bahwa IMGSL akan
mengelola distribusi kendaraan bermotor merek Changan
beserta pelayanan purna jual, termasuk suku cadang dan
aksesorisnya, di wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia/
One of the Company's subsidiaries, namely PT IMG Sejahtera
Langgeng (“IMGSL”), of which 99,994 of its shares are effectively
owned by the Company, has executed Import and Distribution
Agreement by and between Mobitech Co., Ltd and IMGSL. In such
