                                          Perubahan Anggaran Dasar PT Newport Marine Services Tbk
                                          No. 143 tanggal 24 Juli 2024, yang dibuat di hadapan Dr.
                                          Sugih Haryati, S.H. M.Kn., Notaris di Kota Administrasi Jakarta
                                          Selatan, para pemegang saham Perseroan telah menyetujui
                                          untuk memberikan kuasa kepada Direksi dan/atau Dewan
                                          Komisaris Perseroan, untuk menyatakan dalam akta tersendiri
                                          yang dibuat di hadapan Notaris, mengenai kepastian jumlah
                                          saham yang ditempatkan dan disetor dalam rangka
                                          pelaksanaan Penawaran Umum, termasuk menyatakan
                                          susunan pemegang saham Perseroan dalam akta tersebut,
                                          setelah Penawaran Umum selesai dilaksanakan dan
                                          pengeluaran saham tersebut dicatatkan pada BEI dan nama
                                          pemegang saham hasil Penawaran Umum telah tercatat
                                          dalam Daftar Pemegang Saham.

                                          Penawaran Umum Perdana Saham Perseroan telah selesai
                                          pada tanggal 12 November 2024, sehingga Direksi Perseroan
                                          telah melakukan perubahan Pasal 4 ayat 2 anggaran dasar
                                          Perseroan berdasarkan Akta Pernyataan Direksi PT Newport
                                          Marine Services Tbk No. 62 tanggal 18 Februari 2025, yang
                                          dibuat di hadapan Dr., Sugih Haryati, S.H., M.Kn., Notaris di
                                          Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, yang telah diberitahukan
                                          kepada Menteri Hukum Republik Indonesia sebagaimana
                                          tertuang dalam Surat Penerimaan Pemberitahuan Perubahan
                                          Anggaran Dasar No. AHU-AH.01.03-0055467 tanggal 21
                                          Februari 2025. Ketentuan Pasal 4 ayat 2 anggaran dasar
                                          Perseroan menjadi sebagai berikut:

                                          "Dari modal dasar tersebut telah ditempatkan dan disetor
                                          sejumlah 3.501.680.000 (tiga miliar lima ratus satu juta enam
                                          ratus delapan puluhribu) saham dengan nilai nominal
                                          seluruhnya Rp.17.508.400.000,- (tujuh belas miliar lima ratus
                                          delapan juta empat ratus ribu Rupiah) oleh para pemegang
                                          saham yang telah mengambil bagian dan rincian serta nilai
                                          nominal yang akan disebut pada akhir sebelum penutup akta
                                          ini."

 Description of Material Information or     Referring to the Deed of Statement of Shareholders'
 Facts                                      Resolution on Amendments to the Articles of Association of PT
                                            Newport Marine Services Tbk No. 143 dated July 24, 2024,
                                            made before Dr. Sugih Haryati, S.H. M.Kn., Notary in the
                                            Administrative City of South Jakarta, the Company's
                                            shareholders have agreed to grant power of attorney to the
                                            Company's Board of Directors and/or Board of
                                            Commissioners, to state in a separate deed made before a
                                            Notary, regarding the certainty of the number of shares placed
                                            and paid up in the context of implementing the Public Offering,
                                            including stating the composition of the Company's
                                            shareholders in the deed, after the Public Offering is
                                            completed and the issuance of the shares is recorded on the
                                            IDX and the names of the shareholders resulting from the
                                            Public Offering have been recorded in the Register of
                                            Shareholders.

                                            The Company's Initial Public Offering was completed on
                                            November 12, 2024, so that the Company's Board of Directors
                                            has amended Article 4 paragraph 2 of the Company's articles
                                            of association based on the Deed of Statement of Decisions of
                                            the Board of Directors of PT Newport Marine Services Tbk No.
                                            62 dated February 18, 2025, made before Dr., Sugih Haryati,
                                            S.H., M.Kn., Notary in the Administrative City of South Jakarta,
                                            which has been notified to the Minister of Law of the Republic
                                            of Indonesia as stated in the Letter of Acceptance of
                                            Notification of Amendment to the Articles of Association No.
                                            AHU-AH.01.03-0055467 dated February 21, 2025. The
                                            provisions of Article 4 paragraph 2 of the Company's articles of
                                            association are as follows:
