           THE ANNOUNCEMENT
                   TO THE SHAREHOLDERS

It is hereby notified to the Company Shareholders of PT Bintang Mitra
Semestaraya Tbk (″the Company″) that the Company will convene the
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ″EGMS″, is called (″the
Meeting″) in Jakarta on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. The meeting will be held
onsite and electronically via the KSEI Electronic General Meeting System
application (“easy.KSEI”).

Pursuant to the provision of Article 12 paragraphs (13) poin 1 of the Company
Articles of Association, meeting announcement will be advertised in the e
RUPS website, Indonesian Stock Exchange website and the Company website.

Pursuant to the provision of Article 14 paragraph (2) poin 3 of the Company
Articles of Association, shareholders entitled to attend or to be represented in
the meeting are the shareholders whose names are listed in the Company
Shareholder Register by July 10, 2026 at 16.00 WIB.

Proposals from shareholders will be included in meeting agenda if satisfy the
criteria set forth in Articles 12 paragraph (7) of the Company Article of
Association and received by the Board of Directors by no later than 7 (seven)
days prior to the date of meeting invitation.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 12 paragraph (11) of the
Company's Articles of Association, the Invitation to the Meeting will be held
on July 13, 2026 via easy.KSEI, the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, and
the Company's website.
