KB Bank's Financial Year 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:
Strengthens Foundation for Sustainable Growth and Corporate Leadership
Jakarta, June 25, 2026 - PT Bank KB Indonesia Tbk (KB Bank) held its Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders (AGMS) for the Financial Year 2025 today. Shareholders approved all agenda items
proposed by the Company, reaffirming their support for KB Bank's ongoing business transformation,
strengthening of fundamentals, and commitment to healthy and sustainable growth.
Throughout 2025, KB Bank recorded a consolidated net profit of Rp66.59 billion, returning to profitability
compared to the prior year. This achievement was supported by improvements in credit portfolio quality,
enhanced profitability, and the implementation of a more selective and sustainable business strategy.
Kunardy Darma Lie, President Director of KB Bank, stated, "Throughout 2025, KB Bank has
consistently advanced its business transformation, as reflected in our improved performance and
stronger fundamentals. We have continued to enhance asset quality, develop digital capabilities, optimize
operational efficiency, and reinforce good corporate governance as the foundation for long-term growth.
Going forward, we remain committed to delivering relevant financial solutions for our customers and
driving growth that is healthy, high-quality, and sustainable. With the support of KB Financial Group as
our controlling shareholder, KB Bank will continue to strengthen its competitiveness, deliver increasingly

In the first agenda, shareholders approved and accepted the Company's Annual Report, including the
Board of Commissioners' Supervisory Report, and ratified the Consolidated Financial Statements for the
Financial Year ended December 31, 2025, which were audited by Public Accounting Firm Mirawati Sensi
Idris (Moore).
Shareholders also approved the Company’s efforts to strengthen business fundamentals, enhance
competitiveness, and support healthy, sustainable growth by allocating the Company’s net profit for fiscal
year 2025 as retained earnings.
In the subsequent agenda, shareholders delegated authority to the Board of Commissioners to appoint
a Public Accounting Firm to audit the Company's financial statements for fiscal year 2026, and approved
the delegation of authority to the Board of Commissioners to determine remuneration for members of the
Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors.
The Company also provided an update on the ongoing process of refreshing its Recovery Plan in
accordance with regulatory requirements. To ensure alignment with the necessary approvals and
processes, the discussion of this agenda will be continued at the Company's next General Meeting of
Shareholders.
In the final agenda, shareholders approved changes to the composition of the Board of Directors as part
of the Company's efforts to strengthen organizational leadership and ensure readiness to navigate the

PRESS RELEASE evolving dynamics of the industry. The AGMS accepted the resignations of Robby Mondong and Dodi Widjajanto as Directors of the Company. The Company expressed its highest appreciation for their contributions, dedication, and service to KB Bank throughout their tenure, particularly for their role in supporting the Company's transformation journey. In the same agenda, shareholders approved the reappointment of Jung Ho Han as Director of the Company. Additionally, the Company appointed Harryanto Pramono and Muhammad Rahmat Laksamana as Directors. Both joined the Company in July 2026 and will assume their duties and authority upon receiving approval through the Fit and Proper Test conducted by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Harryanto Pramono brings over 28 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on retail banking and distribution. He most recently served as Consumer Distribution Head at Maybank Indonesia and has held various leadership positions at HSBC and Permata Bank. His expertise is expected to strengthen KB Bank's retail business development and broaden its customer base. Muhammad Rahmat Laksamana brings extensive experience in compliance, governance, and banking risk management. He most recently served as Director of Compliance at Bank of America N.A Indonesia and has previously held strategic positions at Permata Bank, ANZ, and Citibank Indonesia. His expertise is expected to further strengthen the Company's compliance function, corporate governance, and risk management practices.
