Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan melakukan perjanjian kerjasama pendanaan
dengan KOPEBI, dengan Akta Perjanjian No.21 tanggal 20
Februari 2025, dibuat dihadapan Notaris RUSNALDY, Sarjana
Hukum, di Jakarta.
Tujuan melakukan perjanjian kerjasama pendanaan ini adalah
untuk pendanaan penyediaan jasa tenaga alih daya pada
proyek Pekerjaan Pengamanan, Penyelamatan dan Operator
Electronic Security System (ESS) di kantor Perwakilam Bank
Indonesia Dalam Negeri Wilayah Sumatra Periode 2024-2026.
Para pihak : Perseroan sebagai debitur; dan Koperasi
Pegawai Bank Indonesia (KOPEBI) sebagai kreditur.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kegiatan operational :Untuk menunjang kebutuhan pendanaan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan atau modal kerja Perseroan.

atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Kondisi Keuangan :Tidak ada dampak material terhadap

Description of Material Information or The Company signed a funding cooperation agreement with
Facts KOPEBI, with Deed of Agreement No.21 dated February 20,
2025, made before Notary RUSNALDY, Bachelor of Law, in
Jakarta.
The purpose of this funding cooperation agreement is to fund
the provision of outsourcing services for the project of Security,
Rescue and Electronic Security System (ESS) Operator Work
at the Domestic Representative Office of Bank Indonesia in
Sumatra Region for the Period 2024-2026.
Parties: The Company as debtor; and Koperasi Pegawai Bank
Indonesia (KOPEBI) as creditor.
Impact of event, material information or Operational activities:To support the Company's funding or
facts towards Issuers or Public working capital requirements.
Company’s operational activities, legal, Legal:No impact
financial condition, or going concern Financial Condition:There is no material impact on the
Company's financial condition, except for the obligation to pay
interest expense (periodically/monthly) and principal.
Business continuity: No impact.
