Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan pada tanggal 19 Februari 2025, meluncurkan pabrik
baru. Pabrik yang berdiri di atas tanah seluas 1060 m2 dengan
luas bangunan 1500 m2 dengan 2lantai itu, bakal
memproduksi berbagai produk suplemen herbal dalam bentuk
kapsul kemasan strip, blister, botol, serta cairan obat dalam
kemasan sachet maupun botol.
Guna memastikan mutu produk, pabrik baru tersebut juga
dilengkapi dengan laboratorium fisika, kimia, dan mikrobiologi.
Sesuai dengan perhitungan produksi, maka pabrik baru ini
akan memiliki kapasitas produksi mencapai 750.000 kapsul
dan 1000 liter sediaan cair dalam sehari.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan pembangunan pabrik baru ini, diperkirakan akan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap penjualan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, perusahaan dengan proyeksi pertumbuhan hingga tiga kali
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau lipat.

Description of Material Information or The Company on February 19 2025, launched a new factory.
Facts The factory, which stands on a land area of 1060 m2 with a
building area of 1500 m2 with 2 floors, will produce various
herbal supplement products in the form of capsules in strips,
blisters, bottles, as well as medicinal liquids in sachets and
bottles.
To ensure product quality, the new factory si also equipped
with physics, chemistry and microbiology
laboratories.
According to production calculations, this new factory will have
a production capacity of up to 750,000 capsules and 1000
liters of liquid preparations a day.
