Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 18 Februari 2025, anggota Dewan Komisaris
yang juga merupakan Komisaris Independen dan Ketua
Komite Audit PT Pyridam Farma Tbk, Bapak M. Syamsul
Arifin, telah meninggal dunia.
Perseroan menyatakan turut berdukacita yang sedalam-
dalamnya. Semoga almarhum mendapat tempat terbaik di sisi-
Nya dan keluarga yang ditinggalkan memperoleh kesabaran
dan kekuatan serta senantiasa berada dalam bimbingan
Tuhan Yang Maha Esa.
Agenda terkait dengan susunan Dewan Komisaris Perseroan
yang terbaru akan disampaikan pada pelaksanaan Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) Perseroan terdekat.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak material dari kejadian, informasi atau fakta
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, dan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Pada tanggal Keterbukaan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Informasi ini, jumlah dan komposisi anggota Dewan Komisaris
Perusahaan Publik Perseroan masih memenuhi ketentuan dalam peraturan

Mr. M. Syamsul Arifin, has passed away.
The Company expresses its deepest condolences. May the
deceased get the best place by His side and the bereaved
family gain patience and strength and always be under the
guidance of God Almighty.

Board of Commissioners will be submitted at the Company's
nearest General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).
