Description of Material | Based on the Decision of the Sixth Agenda of the Company's
Information or Facts Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 26, 2026
("Meeting"), one of the contents of the decision is as follows:
'Approved the Amendment to the Company's Articles of
Association, including amending the specific provisions in
Article 15 paragraph 11 and Article 18 paragraph 13,
regarding changes to the terms of office of the members of the
Company's Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners.
Based on the above, the Amendment to the Articles of
Association has been stated in the Deed of Statement of
Decisions of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PT
Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk Number 21 dated June
15, 2026 made before Titik Krisna Murti Wikaningsih Hastuti,
SH., MKn Notary in South Jakarta, which has been notified and
has been received and recorded in the Legal Entity
Administration System of the Ministry of Law of the Republic of
Indonesia based on the Letter of Receipt of Notification of
Amendment to the Articles of Association of PT Bank Woori
Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk, Number AHU-AH.01.03.0177844
dated June 25, 2026.
