PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (IDX: “MSIN” atau “Perseroan”), anak perusahaan PT Media Nusantara Citra
Tbk (IDX: “MNCN”), melaporkan laporan keuangan tahun 2024 yang belum diaudit. Pendapatan MSIN pada tahun
2024 adalah sebesar Rp3.470 miliar, tumbuh 18% YoY sementara EBITDA tumbuh menjadi Rp760 miliar, naik 22%
YoY.
Kinerja Perseroan yang kuat sebagian disebabkan oleh peningkatan produksi konten dan IP MSIN, dalam bentuk
konten drama, infotainment, reality, dan animasi. Selain itu, lini bisnis lain seperti talen, media sosial, portal, dan
lainnya tetap menjadi bagian bisnis yang strategis dan mencatat pertumbuhan positif di tahun 2024.
Pada saat ini, MSIN dengan bangga mengumumkan kinerja gabungan OTT untuk FY-2024, yang mewakili sebagian
besar dari bisnis MSIN. RCTI+ (AVOD superapp) dan Vision+ (SVOD superapp) bersama-sama memiliki lebih dari
100 juta pengguna aktif bulanan dan 2,85 juta pelanggan berbayar pada 2024. Pertumbuhan luar biasa dalam
basis pengguna dan pelanggan ini merupakan hasil dari strategi konten Perseroan, yang menawarkan beragam
produksi in-house terbaik dan program olahraga populer sepanjang tahun.

Superapps milik MSIN menghasilkan pendapatan sebesar Rp1.480 miliar pada FY-2024, mencerminkan
peningkatan 11% YoY, sementara EBITDA mencapai Rp329 miliar, mewakili pertumbuhan 6% YoY. Sebagai
gambaran seberapa baik kinerja superapps, dalam hal pendapatan dan EBITDA, keduanya telah berkontribusi
sebesar 43% terhadap pencapaian finansial MSIN.
Kinerja kuat ini didorong oleh pustaka konten internal pada superapps yang besar, menawarkan lebih dari 27.000
jam konten VOD di kedua platform, bersama dengan produksi orisinil dan program olahraga premium, yang
memainkan peran penting dalam hasil yang baik ini. Selain itu, total transaksi Vision+ pada tahun 2024 juga
meningkat drastis menjadi 5,4 juta dari 1,1 juta pada tahun 2023.
Produksi orisinil adalah salah satu katalis utama yang mendorong pengguna baru untuk masuk ke platform.
Vision+ telah melahirkan lebih dari 10 judul baru di tahun 2024, seperti Inul & Adam, Dendam, Pay Later, Second
Account, dan Sekuriti. Berikutnya, Culture Shock akan dirilis pada 21 Februari 2025 dan Sugar daddy pada Mei
2025.
Pada tahun 2024, Vision+ memiliki rangkaian program olahraga terbaik, termasuk hak ekslusif untuk kompetisi
AFC dan AFF, kualifikasi Piala Dunia FIFA 2026 timnas Indonesia, Kualifikasi Piala Dunia, EURO 2024, dan acara
olahraga besar lainnya. Memasuki tahun 2025, SVOD platform ini berencana untuk terus menyiarkan konten
olahraga terbaik untuk menarik lebih banyak pelanggan berbayar.
MSIN mengantisipasi kemajuan lebih lanjut pada tahun 2025, tidak hanya melalui pertumbuhan basis pelanggan
berbayar tetapi juga dengan menerapkan rencana ekspansi strategis untuk superapp AVOD-nya. Hal ini termasuk
mengembangkan inventaris iklannya sendiri di empat saluran TV FTA MNCN, menambahkan lebih dari 2.300 slot
iklan baru setiap harinya. Sebelumnya, iklan di saluran TV FTA ini hanyalah cerminan dari iklan yang dijual oleh
dan di Grup FTA.
