Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Bisnis baterai Perseroan mengalami
pertumbuhan pesat dalam pesanan.
Description ofMaterial Information or Facts Perseroan baru menandatangani perjanjian
pasokan resmi dan perjanjian kerja sama
dengan PT Safast Electric Vehicles
Indonesia pada tanggal 14 F ebruari 2025.
Dalam perjanjian pasokannya Perseroan
akan menyediakan kepada PT Safast
Electric Vehicles Indonesia sebanyak
3.000 unit baterai berkapasitas 23,96
KWH dan 1.000 unit baterai berkapasitas
38,7 KWH, dengan total kapasitas sebesar
110 MWH. Harga satuan baterai
ditetapkan sebesar Rp 1.560.000 per
KWH, dengan total nilai pasokan sebesar
Rp 171.600.000.000.
2. Untuk tnendukung perkembangan bisnis
perusahaan tercatat seperti perjanjian yang
sudah ada sebelumnya, ECGO Electric
Motorcycle (kendaraan roda dua), PT.
Safago New Energy (kendaraan roda tiga),
proyek pembangkit listrik tenaga surya
dan truk listrik dengan sistem penukaran

baterai, pemegang saham pengendali, PT
Nev Stored Energy (NSE), telah
memperoleh dukungan pendaoaan
berbunga rendah dari modal internasional
S2C CAPITAL GROUP. NSE akan
melakukan pembiayaan melalui skema
gadai saham secara bertahap, dengan total
dana yang diperoleh sebesar USO 4 juta.
Seluruh dana basil pembiayaan ini akan
digunakan untuk operasional bisnis
LABA.
Pemegang saham pengendali, PT. NEV,
menegaskan babwa tidak merniliki
rencana untuk melepas kepemilikan
saham dan akan menambah kepemilikan
saham pada waktu yang dianggap tepat.
1. The Company's batte1y business has
experienced rapid growth in orders. The
Company has just signed an official
supply agreement and cooperation
agreement with PT Safast Electric
Vehicles Indonesia on Februa,y 14, 2025.
In the supply agreement, the Company
will provide PT Safast Electric Vehicles
Indonesia with 3,000 battery units with a
capacity of 23.96 KWH and 1.000 battery
units with a capacity of38. 7 KWH, with a
total capacity of 110 MWH. The unit price
of the batte1:v is set at IDRJ,560,000 per
KWH, with a total supply value of
IDRl 71,600,000,000.
2. To support the development of the listed
company's business as per the previous
agreement, ECGO Electric 1vfotorcycle
(two-wheeled vehicle). PT. Sa/ago Ne1v
Energy (three-wheeled vehicle), a solar
power plant and electric truck project with
a batte,y swap system, the controlling
shareholder, PT Nev Stored Energy
(NS£), has obtained low-interest
financing support from international
capital S2C CAPITAL GROUP. NSE will
finance through a stock pledge scheme in
sta~es, with a total fund obtained of USD

4 million. All funds from this .f,nancing
will be used for LABA business
operations.
The controlling shareholder, PT NEV,
emphasized that it has no plans to release
its share ownership and will increase its
share ownership at a time deemed
appropriate
