Sampai dengan jawaban ini disampaikan, Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang
saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam POJK Nomor II/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan
atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk
rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak
dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Jawaban:
Sampai dengan jawaban ini disampaikan, tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi
dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham
Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang).

6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,
mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam
menjawab konfirmasi tersebut.

Jawaban:

Berdasarkan konfirmasi dari pihak pengendali dan/atau pemegang saham utama Perseroan, hingga surat
jawaban ini disampaikan, tidak terdapat rencana pengendali dan/atau pemegang saham utama terkait
dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan yang akan mempengaruhi kepemilikan sahamnya dalam
Perseroan. Setiap adanya perubahan kepemilikan saham akan dilaporkan sesuai ketentuan POJK yang
berlaku.

Company's securities or investors' investment decisions as regulated in Regulation Number IE: Obligation
to Submit Information, provisions in point III.2.1 and IV.2.1 of the Appendix to the IDX Board of Directors

6. Plans of the major shareholder regarding their share ownership in the Company. In this regard, we kindly
reguest the Corporate Secretary to first consult with the major shareholder before responding to this
confirmation.

Based on confirmation from the controlling party and/or major shareholder of the Company, as of the
submission of this response, there are no plans by the controlling party and/or major shareholder
regarding their share ownership in the Company that would affect their ownership in the Company. Any
