Readiness of Funds for Payment of Principal and Twelfth Interest of Shelf Bonds III Merdeka Copper Gold Phase I Year 2022 Series B. Fakta Material Information or Facts 3. | Uraian Informasi atau Description of Material Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah menyediakan dana untuk pelunasan pokok dan bunga kedua belas Obligasi Berkelanjutan III Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap I Tahun 2022 Seri B yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 8 Maret 2025 dengan tingkat bunga tetap sebesar 7,80Y6 (tujuh koma delapan nol persen) per tahun. Dana tersebut akan dibayarkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) sebelum tanggal 8 Maret 2025. We would like to inform that the Company has prepared funds for the paymentof the principal and twelfth interest of Shelf Bonds III Merdeka Copper Gold Phase I Year 2022 Series B which will be matured on 8 March 2025 with a fixed interest rate at the amount of 7.8016 (seven point eightzero per cent) per year.
