Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Waskita Karya Realty ("WKR") merupakan anak
perusahaan Perseroan dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar
99,99% (sembilan puluh sembilan koma sembilan sembilan
persen).
Bahwa terhadap permohonan WKR perihal permohonan
persetujuan penyesuaian jadwal pembayaran kupon periode
Februari 2025 atas Medium Term Notes IV Waskita Karya
Realty Tahun 2022 (selanjutnya disebut "MTN IV"), Pemegang
MTN IV melalui keputusan Pemegang Medium Term Notes IV
Waskita Karya Realty Tahun 2022 tanggal 12 Februari 2025,
telah memberikan persetujuan dengan rincian perubahan
sebagai berikut:
- Perubahan jangka waktu pembayaran bunga ke-10 (sepuluh)
MTN IV yang semula 18 Februari 2025 menjadi tanggal 18
Maret 2025.

Regarding WKR's request for approval to adjust the coupon
payment schedule for the February 2025 period of the Medium
Term Notes IV Waskita Karya Realty Year 2022 (hereinafter
referred to as 'MTN IV'), the MTN IV holders, through the
Medium Term Notes IV Waskita Karya Realty Year 2022
Holder's Resolution dated February 12 2025, have granted
approval with the following details of the changes:
- The change in the payment period for the 10th (tenth) interest
of MTN IV, originally scheduled for February 18 2025, will now
be on March 18 2025.
