                                              Report on Material Information or Facts Regarding the
 Type of Material Information or Facts        Restructuring of PT Waskita Fim Perkasa Realti

 Description of Material Information or       PT Waskita Karya Realty ("WKR") is a subsidiary of the
 Facts                                        Company with a 99.99% ownership stake.

                                              PT Waskita Fim Perkasa Realti ("WFPR") is a subsidiary of
                                              WKR with a 90% ownership stake.

                                              WFPR and Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Jasa ("Kospin Jasa")
                                              have signed the Deed of Agreement for the Issuance and
                                              Appointment of Monitoring Agent and Collateral Agent for the
                                              Medium Term Notes (MTN) II Waskita Fim Perkasa Realti
                                              Year 2022, Number 07, dated July 8 2022, as last amended by
                                              Addendum III, Number 05, dated August 21 2024. All
                                              documents were executed before Vita Cahyojati, S.H., M.Hum,
                                              Notary in Jakarta, with the ownership of MTN II amounting to
                                              IDR 165,000,000,000 (one hundred sixty-five billion Rupiah).

                                              WFPR and Kospin Jasa have signed the MTN II Holder's
                                              Resolution dated February 11 2025, with the following details
                                              of the changes:
                                              - The payment of the 10th (tenth) interest of Medium Term
                                              Notes II Waskita Fim Perkasa Realti Year 2022 will be made in
                                              stages, amounting to IDR 2,693,625,000 (50%) to be paid on
                                              the due date of the 10th (tenth) interest on February 17, 2025,
                                              and the remaining IDR 2,693,625,000 (50%) will be paid on
                                              August 25 2025.
