    2) Fasilitas Mini LNG plant yang dibangun dengan nilai investasi mencapai Rp1,1 triliun tersebut,
       dapat mengolah gas bumi dengan kapasitas sebesar 15 (lima belas) MMSCFD yang berasal
       dari Lapangan Sumber 1-A yang dikelola oleh PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Tuban East Java
       dengan jangka waktu pengaliran sampai dengan tahun 2036.

    3) Gas bumi tersebut kemudian diolah menjadi LNG, dengan kapasitas produksi maksimal
       sebesar 55.300 (lima puluh lima ribu tiga ratus) ton per tahun. Selain LNG, fasilitas ini juga
       menghasilkan Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) maksimal sebesar 9.800 (sembilan ribu
       delapan ratus) ton per tahun dan Kondensat maksimal sebesar 19.600 (sembilan ribu enam
       ratus) barel Kondensat per tahun, dan juga tersedia fasilitas Compressed Natural Gas (CNG)
       plant dengan kapasitas 6 (enam) MMSCFD. Produk LNG yang dihasilkan akan didistribusikan
       ke berbagai wilayah di Indonesia, mulai dari Jawa Timur, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Barat hingga
       kawasan ke luar Pulau Jawa.

    4) SAG dibentuk untuk mengembangkan pemanfaatan teknologi LNG sebagai solusi distribusi
       energi yang lebih luas dan efisien. Kehadiran fasilitas LNG SAG ini memungkinkan gas bumi
       domestik didistribusikan ke berbagai sektor industri, termasuk kawasan-kawasan yang belum
       terjangkau oleh jaringan pipa gas konvensional maupun compressed natural gas (CNG),
       sehingga membuka akses energi yang lebih merata bagi pelaku industri di berbagai wilayah
       Indonesia.

    5) Sebagai energi transisi yang lebih ramah lingkungan, LNG memegang peranan penting
       dalam mendukung pencapaian target dekarbonisasi nasional serta mempercepat
       transformasi penggunaan energi melalui konversi bahan bakar solar dan LPG ke LNG.
       Produksi LNG domestik juga diharapkan dapat mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam
       mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap impor LPG melalui optimalisasi pemanfaatan sumber
       daya gas bumi dalam negeri dan pengembangan industri hilir migas yang memberikan nilai
       tambah lebih besar bagi perekonomian nasional.

4. Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
   kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan:

   1) Dampak terhadap adanya tambahan supply gas baru tersebut secara langsung akan
      memberikan dampak positif terhadap pasokan gas yang dimiliki grup Perseroan, guna
      mendukung pemberian pasokan gas yang stabil untuk para konsumen gas Perseroan.

   2) Secara tidak langsung Perseroan melalui SAG selaku entitas anaknya juga turut berkontribusi
      dalam memberikan sumber energi untuk keberlanjutan industri para konsumen gas grup
      Perseroan yang menopang pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia.

   3) Setelah peresmian tersebut, diharapkan langkah ini akan dapat memberi dampak positif
      secara keuangan dan diharapkan akan dapat memperbaiki posisi keuangan Perseroan untuk
      tahun buku 2026 ini.

3.   Description of Material Information or Facts:

     Referring to:
     a) Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure of
        Material Information or Facts by Issuers and Public Companies; and; dan
     b) Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation No. I.E regarding Information Disclosure Obligation;
     c) OJK Regulation No. 45/POJK/2024 on the Development and Strengthening of Issuers and
        Public Companies.

     The Company hereby announces the following material information or fact:
     1) PT Sumber Aneka Gas (“SAG”), subsidiary of the Company, officially opening its Mini
        Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Plant located in Tuban Regency, East Java. The opening was
        officiated by the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) of the Republic of
        Indonesia together with the Head of SKK Migas, to support Government for the development
        of national natural gas infrastructure, the strengthening of energy security, and the
        acceleration of Indonesia’s transition toward cleaner and more sustainable energy.

     2) Constructed with an investment value of nearly IDR 1.1 trillion, the Mini LNG Plant is designed
        to process up to 15 MMSCFD of natural gas supplied from the Sumber 1-A Well, operated
        by PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Tuban East Java, under a gas supply agreement until 2036.
        The facility is capable of producing up to 55,300 tonnes of LNG annually.

     3) The facility is capable of producing up to 55,300 tonnes of LNG annually. In addition to LNG,
        the facility is expected to produce up to 9,800 tonnes of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and
        up to 19,600 barrels of condensate per year. The Facility also includes a Compressed Natural
        Gas (CNG) facility with a capacity of 6 MMSCFD. LNG produced from the plant will be
        distributed to various regions across Indonesia, including East Java, Central Java, West Java,
        and areas beyond Java Island.

     4) Building on this foundation, SAG was established to develop LNG-based solutions that
        enable broader and more efficient energy distribution. The SAG LNG facility allows
        domestically produced natural gas to be delivered to industrial consumers across Indonesia,
        including regions that are not yet served by conventional gas pipeline networks or CNG
        infrastructure, thereby expanding access to energy for industries nationwide.

     5) As a cleaner transition fuel, LNG plays a critical role in supporting Indonesia’s
        decarbonization objectives and accelerating energy transformation through the conversion of
        diesel and LPG consumption to LNG. Domestic LNG production is also expected to support
        government efforts to reduce dependence on LPG imports by optimizing the utilization of
        Indonesia’s natural gas resources and promoting downstream oil and gas development that
        generates greater value for the national economy.

4.   Effects of events, material information or facts to operation, legal, financial performance or
     business sustainability of the Company

     1) The availability of the additional gas supply is expected to have a direct positive impact on
        the gas supply portfolio of the Company's group, thereby supporting the provision of a stable
        gas supply to the Company's gas customers.

     2) Indirectly, through SAG as its subsidiary, the Company also contributes to the provision of
        energy resources that support the sustainability of the industries served by the Company's
        group customers, thereby contributing to Indonesia's economic growth.

     3) Following the commissioning of the facility, this initiative is expected to generate a positive
        financial impact and improve the Company's financial position for the 2026 financial year.
