Perseroan menyediakan fasilitas di bidang teknologi informasi
(internet, SAP, BPM, dll.) yang telah digunakan olehnya
kepada Medco LLC sebagai bentuk dukungan bisnis kepada
Medco LLC (anak perusahaan Perseroan) agar Medco LLC
dapat menjalankan kegiatan usahanya secara ekonomis dan
efisien. Dukungan bisnis ini berlaku hingga tanggal 31
Desember 2026

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi

Description of Material Information or Business Support Agreement between the Company and
Facts Medco LLC (Medco LLC), an indirectly majority shares owned
subsidiary of the Company.
The Company share the usage of its information technology
features (internet, SAP, BPM services, etc.) to Medco LLC (its
subsidiary) as part of business support, so that Medco LLC is
able to conduct its business in economical and efficient
manner. Such business support shall be available up to 31
December 2026.
