Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Pada tanggal 6 Februari 2026, Perseroan menerbitkan
pengumuman pada Surat Kabar Radar Karawang terkait
Pengumuman Lelang atas Aset Cetakan yang dilaksanakan
melalui
Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara (KPKNL) Purwakarta
dengan metode penawaran tertulis tanpa kehadiran peserta
lelang melalui Lelang Internet (E-Auction) secara terbuka
(open bidding);
2. Pelaksanaan lelang berupa pengumuman, site visit,
penawaran, sampai penetapan pemenang dilaksanakan pada
tanggal 6 Februari 2026 sampai dengan tanggal 13 Februari
2026;
3. Lelang atas Aset Cetakan dilakukan dengan merujuk pada
Surat Keputusan Direksi nomor 5/SK/WBP/PEN/2026 tanggal
27 Januari 2026 tentang Penghapusbukuan dan Penjualan
Aset Tetap PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk, sebagai salah satu
upaya implementasi Perjanjian Perdamaian yang telah
disahkan (homologasi) oleh Majelis Hakim pada tanggal 28
Juni 2022 (Perjanjian Perdamaian);
4. Pelaksanaan lelang Aset Cetakan Perseroan sebagaimana
dimaksud dalam angka 2, terdiri dari 1 paket lelang, yaitu:
Paket 14 (besi scrap):
- Cetakan Pier Head Costumize 1 (1 set)
5. Total nilai buku audited Desember 2024 Aset Cetakan yang
dilelang adalah Rp0,- (nol Rupiah), dengan nilai limit lelang
keseluruhan
berdasarkan nilai pasar Laporan Penilaian Kantor Jasa Penilai
Publik Firdaus, Ali dan Rekan dengan nomor laporan
00301/2.0134
00/PP/07/0059/1/XII/2025 17 Desember 2025 adalah sebesar
Rp255.732.900,- (dua ratus lima puluh lima juta tujuh ratus
tiga puluh dua ribu sembilan ratus Rupiah) (sudah termasuk
PPN 11%), dan harga terbentuk dari proses lelang adalah
sebesar Rp259.732.900,- (dua ratus lima puluh sembilan juta
tujuh ratus tiga puluh dua ribu sembilan ratus Rupiah) (sudah
termasuk PPN 11%);
6. Penggunaan dana hasil Lelang Aset (asset disposal)
Cetakan akan digunakan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang
tertuang dalam Perjanjian Perdamaian;
7. Proses serah terima aset dilakukan pada tanggal 25 Juni
2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak terhadap Kegiatan Operasional :

Description of Material Information or 1. On February 6, 2026, the Company published an auction
Facts announcement in the Radar Karawang newspaper regarding
the Auction Announcement of Mold Assets. The auction was
conducted through the Purwakarta State Wealth and Auction
Services Office (KPKNL) using a written bidding method
without the physical presence of auction participants via an
open online auction (E-Auction/open bidding);
2. The execution of the auction including the announcement,
site visits, bidding process, up to the determination of the
winner was carried out from February 6, 2026, to February 13,
2026;
3. The auction of the Mold Assets was conducted with
reference to the Board of Directors' Decree No.
5/SK/WBP/PEN/2026 dated January 27, 2026, concerning the
Write-Off and Sale of Fixed Assets of PT Waskita Beton
Precast Tbk, as part of the implementation efforts of the
Restructuring Agreement (Composition Plan) which was
ratified (homologated) by the Panel of Judges on June 28,
2022 (Restructuring Agreement);
4. The execution of the Companys Mold Asset auction as
referred to in point 2 consisted of 1 (one) auction package,
namely:
Package 14 (scrap iron):
1 set of Customized Pier Head Molds
5. The total audited book value as of December 2024 for the
auctioned Mold Assets was Rp0.- (zero Rupiah). The total
reserve price (limit value), determined based on the market
value in the Valuation Report issued by the Public Valuation
Advisory Office (KJPP) Firdaus, Ali dan Rekan (Report No.
00301/2.0134-00/PP/07/0059/1/XII/2025 dated December 17,
2025), was Rp255,732,900.- (two hundred fifty-five million
seven hundred thirty-two thousand nine hundred Rupiah)
(inclusive of 11% VAT). The final price formed from the auction
process was Rp259,732,900.- (two hundred fifty-nine million
seven hundred thirty-two thousand nine hundred Rupiah)
(inclusive of 11% VAT);
6. The proceeds from the Mold Asset Auction (asset disposal)
will be utilized in accordance with the provisions set forth in the
Restructuring Agreement;
7. The asset handover process was completed on June 25,
2026.
