Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)? Jawaban: Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam kurun waktu dekat (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang) yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa. 6. Apakah terdapat rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan? Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab konfirmasi tersebut. Jawaban: Corporate Secretary telah melakukan konfirmasi kepada pemegang saham utama mengenai kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini pemegang saham utama menyatakan tidak memiliki rencana apapun terhadap kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. In this regard, please have the Corporate Secretary inguire with the major shareholder first before responding to this confirmation. Answer: The Corporate Secretary has confirmed with the major shareholder regarding their ownership of shares in the Company. In this case, the major shareholder stated that they have no plans concerning their ownership of sShares in the Company.
