2025 KUR Quota Government Debt Relief Program (Loan Forgiveness)

The Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, has set In November 2024, the president signed the Government Regulation regarding Debt Relief .
the National KUR disbursement quota of Rp300 Tn for 2025, similar to the 2024 quota. The program is aimed to provide debt relief for customers in MSME to help support this
BRI received Rp175 Tn KUR quota, a slightly decline from the 2024 revised quota of segment. The loan criteria for the debt relief regulation is as follows:
Rp185.5 Tn with the following breakdown: 1. Loan OS max. Rp 500mn
• Micro KUR: Rp160 Tn (2024: Rp168 Tn) 2. Loans have been written off min. 5 years
• Small KUR: Rp15 Tn (2024: Rp17.5 Tn) 3. Loans are not covered by insurance
4. No Collateral
KUR Regulation 5. Loans should have been restructured before written off
The regulation stated that customers benefitted from this program will have their payment
