Obligasi sebelum berakhirnya periode 2 (dua) tahun sejak
Surat Pernyataan Efektif. Adapun penghentian PUB VI
Obligasi dilakukan MTF dengan pertimbangan aspek
ekonomis dan rencana penerbitan obligasi melalui Penawaran
Umum Berkelanjutan (PUB) baru di tahun 2025.

Description of Material Information or In order to fulfill the provisions of OJK Regulation No.
Facts 36/POJK.04/2014 concerning Continuous Public Offering of
Debt Securities and/or Sukuk, we hereby submit a notification
regarding the termination of PUB VI Bonds before the end of
the 2 (two) year period since the Effective Statement Letter.
The termination of PUB VI Bonds was carried out by MTF with
consideration of economic aspects and the plan to issue bonds
through a new Continuous Public Offering (PUB) in 2025.
