PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (“SIMP Group” or “the Company”) today conducted Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
(“AGM”). The Company obtained the approval for all the proposed resolutions.
At the AGM, the shareholders approved, among others:
The Annual Report of the Board of Directors on the activities and financial results of the Company for the year ended
December 31, 2025;
Cash dividend distribution of Rp26.- per share to be paid on July 28, 2026.
Mr. Paulus Moleonoto, SIMP Group’s President Director said: “We would like to convey our appreciation to all of our

PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (“Grup SIMP” atau “Perseroan”) pada hari ini mengadakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Tahunan (”RUPST”). Perseroan memperoleh persetujuan atas seluruh agenda RUPST.
Pada RUPST, para pemegang saham menyetujui antara lain:
Laporan Tahunan Direksi mengenai kegiatan usaha dan kinerja keuangan Perseroan untuk tahun buku yang berakhir pada
tanggal 31 Desember 2025;
Pembagian dividen tunai sebesar Rp26,- per lembar saham yang akan dibayarkan pada tanggal 28 Juli 2026.
Bapak Paulus Moleonoto, Direktur Utama Grup SIMP, mengatakan: “Kami menyampaikan penghargaan atas dukungan dari
seluruh pemegang saham kepada Grup SIMP. Grup SIMP akan terus mengelola kegiatan usaha secara cermat serta mengelola
