PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (“Lonsum” or “the Company”) today conducted Annual General Meeting
of Shareholders (“AGM”). The Company obtained the approval for all the proposed resolutions.
At the AGM, the shareholders approved, among others:
• The Annual Report of the Board of Directors on the activities and financial results of the Company for the
year ended December 31, 2025;
• Cash dividend distribution of Rp83.- per share to be paid on July 24, 2026.
Mr. Tan Agustinus Dermawan, Lonsum’s President Director said: “We would like to convey our appreciation to
all of our shareholders for the support to the Company. Lonsum will continue to manage its activities prudently
and manage its operations in a sustainable manner. Lonsum remains focused on improving cost control and
efficiency, prioritising capital expenditure and improving productivity.”

PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (“Lonsum” atau “Perseroan”) pada hari ini mengadakan Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan (”RUPST”). Perseroan memperoleh persetujuan atas seluruh agenda RUPST.
Pada RUPST, para pemegang saham menyetujui antara lain:
Laporan Tahunan Direksi mengenai kegiatan usaha dan kinerja keuangan Perseroan untuk tahun buku yang
berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2025;
Pembagian dividen tunai sebesar Rp83,- per lembar saham yang akan dibayarkan pada tanggal 24 Juli 2026.
Bapak Tan Agustinus Dermawan, Presiden Direktur Lonsum mengatakan: “Kami menyampaikan penghargaan
atas dukungan dari seluruh pemegang saham kepada Lonsum. Lonsum akan terus mengelola kegiatan usaha
secara cermat serta mengelola kegiatan operasi secara berkelanjutan. Lonsum tetap fokus pada peningkatan
pengendalian biaya dan efisiensi, memprioritaskan belanja modal serta meningkatkan produktivitas.”
