Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 25 Juni 2026 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), anak usaha
PT Pertamina Hulu Energi yang tergabung dalam Subholding
Upstream Pertamina, terus memperkuat fondasi pertumbuhan
jangka panjang melalui realisasi investasi strategis pada lini
bisnis jasa hulu migas hingga Mei 2026. Langkah ini
merupakan bagian dari strategi perusahaan dalam
meningkatkan kapasitas layanan, memperluas kapabilitas
teknologi, serta menangkap peluang pasar yang terus
berkembang seiring meningkatnya aktivitas eksplorasi dan
produksi migas nasional.
Investasi yang direalisasikan Elnusa berfokus pada penguatan
core competency Perseroan sebagai penyedia jasa energi
terintegrasi, khususnya pada segmen jasa hulu migas yang
selama ini menjadi salah satu kontributor utama kinerja
perusahaan. Dengan pendekatan yang selektif dan berbasis
kebutuhan pasar, investasi tersebut diarahkan untuk
meningkatkan daya saing, produktivitas aset, serta
menciptakan sumber pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan.
Pada lini Marine Site Survey (MSS), Elnusa memperkuat
layanan Survey Topography & Positioning Services melalui
investasi peralatan Navigasi STPS. Dukungan teknologi
seperti Differential Global Navigation Satellite System
(DGNSS), Side Scan Sonar, dan Marine Magnetometer
memungkinkan peningkatan akurasi survei offshore yang
dibutuhkan dalam aktivitas rig moving, pengembangan
lapangan, hingga eksplorasi migas lepas pantai.
Sementara itu, lini Pressure & Pumping Services (PPS)
diperkuat melalui penambahan Coiled Tubing Unit dengan
teknologi monitoring dan modelling terkini. Investasi ini
meningkatkan kapasitas layanan well intervention yang saat ini
menunjukkan prospek pasar yang positif, sejalan dengan
meningkatnya kebutuhan aktivitas workover dan optimasi
produksi pada lapangan migas eksisting.
Elnusa juga melakukan investasi pada Cementing Unit
generasi terbaru untuk meningkatkan keandalan operasional,
langkah ini diharapkan memberikan efisiensi biaya jangka
panjang sekaligus memperkuat posisi kompetitif Perseroan
dalam layanan cementing.
Pada lini Non Seismic Survey, Elnusa memperluas kapabilitas
teknologi melalui investasi Passive Geobit C100 yang
mendukung kebutuhan survei dan monitoring bawah
permukaan secara lebih komprehensif. Di sisi lain, investasi
pada peralatan Electric Wireline Logging (EWL) dilakukan
untuk menjaga keberlanjutan layanan offshore cased hole
workover dan well services yang tetap menjadi kebutuhan
penting pelanggan di sektor hulu migas.
Direktur Pengembangan Usaha PT Elnusa Tbk, Arief Prasetyo
Handoyo, menyampaikan bahwa realisasi investasi ini
mencerminkan keyakinan Perseroan terhadap prospek industri
jasa hulu migas serta komitmen Elnusa dalam menciptakan

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, June 25, 2026 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), a subsidiary
Facts of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi within Pertamina's Upstream
Subholding, continues to reinforce its long-term growth
foundation through the realization of strategic investments in
its upstream oil and gas services business line as of May
2026. This initiative forms part of the Company's strategy to
enhance service capacity, expand technological capabilities,
and capture market opportunities amid increasing national oil
and gas exploration and production activities.
The investments realized by Elnusa are focused on
strengthening the Company's core competency as an
integrated energy services provider, particularly in the
upstream oil and gas services segment, which has consistently
been one of the Company's key performance contributors.
Through a selective, market-driven approach, these
investments are directed at improving competitiveness,
increasing asset productivity, and creating sustainable growth
drivers.
Within the Marine Site Survey (MSS) line of business, Elnusa
has strengthened its Survey Topography & Positioning
Services through investments in STPS navigation equipment.
Technological support such as Differential Global Navigation
Satellite System (DGNSS), Side Scan Sonar, and Marine
Magnetometer enhances the accuracy of offshore surveys
required for rig moving activities, field development, and
offshore exploration.
Meanwhile, the Pressure & Pumping Services (PPS) line has
been reinforced through the addition of Coiled Tubing Units
equipped with the latest monitoring and modeling
technologies. This investment improves well intervention
service capacity, which is currently showing promising market
prospects in line with increasing demand for workover activities
and production optimization in existing oil and gas fields.
Elnusa has also invested in next-generation Cementing Units
to improve operational reliability. This initiative is expected to
deliver long-term cost efficiency while strengthening the
Company's competitive position in cementing services.
In the Non-Seismic Survey segment, Elnusa has expanded its
technological capabilities through investment in Passive
Geobit C100, supporting more comprehensive subsurface
survey and monitoring needs. In addition, investment in
Electric Wireline Logging (EWL) equipment has been made to
ensure the sustainability of offshore cased hole workover and
well services, which continue to be essential for customers in
the upstream oil and gas sector.
