Kami, PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk (“Perseroan”), merujuk pada (i) Keterbukaan Informasi
kepada Pemegang Saham sehubungan dengan Rencana Pembelian Kembali Saham
Perseroan dalam Kondisi Pasar yang Berfluktuasi secara Signifikan tanggal 19 Agustus 2026;
dan (ii) Pasal 12 ayat (1) Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 13 Tahun 2023 tentang
Kebijakan dalam Menjaga Kinerja dan Stabilitas Pasar Modal pada Kondisi Pasar yang
Berfluktuasi secara Signifikan, bersama ini kami sampaikan laporan hasil pembelian kembali
saham Perseroan per tanggal 4 September 2026, sebagaimana terlampir. /
We, PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk, (the “Company”), refer to the (i) Disclosure of Information to
Shareholders in connection with the Company’s Shares Buyback in Significantly Fluctuating
Market Conditions dated 19 August 2026; and (ii) Article 12 paragraph (1) of Financial Services
Authority Regulation No. 13 of 2023 on Policies for Maintaining Performance and Stability of the
Capital Market in Significantly Fluctuating Market Conditions, we hereby submit a report on the
Company’s share buyback as of 4 September 2026, as attached.
