Melalui surat No. O01/SRP/CBLM-001/11/25 tanggal 6 Februari 2025 sebagaimana terlampir, PT Sejahtera Raya Perkasa, berkedudukan di Surabaya (“PT SRP”), selaku pemilik 6,6096 saham di Perseroan menginformasikan perihal penjualan sebagian atau sejumlah 40.000.000 saham miliknya di Perseroan dengan harga penjualan Rp513,00 per saham (“Penjualan Saham”). Penjualan Saham dilakukan pada tanggal 30 Januari 2025 dengan tujuan Reverse REPO. 2. Dengan dilakukannya Penjualan Saham tersebut, maka kepemilikan saham PT SRP di Perseroan berkurang dari 263.562.566 saham (6,6096) menjadi 223.562.566 saham (5,605). Demikian laporan ini kami sampaikan dalam rangka memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan OJK Nomor 4 Tahun 2024 tanggal 26 Februari 2024 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka dan Laporan Aktivitas Menjaminkan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.
