Transaksi antara Perseroan dengan PT Ekosistem Kreatif Indonesia dikategorikan sebagai transaksi afiliasi
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam POJK 42/2020, karena Perseroan dan PT Ekosistem Kreatif Indonesia dikendalikan
secara langsung oleh pihak yang sama yaitu PT CT Corpora.

Alasan dan Latar Belakang
Sebagai bagian dari Group PT CT Corpora, Perseroan melihat bahwa sinergi dan efisiensi dapat lebih ditingkatkan
dalam pelayanan terpadu dalam satu atap, hal ini tentunya dapat lebih meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap nasabah,
selain itu upaya tersebut diharapkan akan memberikan manfaat dari sisi finansial terhadap Perseroan.

Untuk transaksi yang sama apabila dilakukan dengan pihak yang tidak terafiliasi tidak akan menghasilkan manfaat yang
sama bilamana transaksi dilakukan dengan pihak terafiliasi mengingat adanya faktor sinergi dan sisi finansial sehingga
dapat tercapai peningkatan pelayanan nasabah sebagaimana yang diharapkan.

Kami menyatakan bahwa semua informasi material telah diungkapkan dan informasi tersebut tidak menyesatkan.

 Dear Sirs,

 In order to fulfill the reporting requirements based on Financial Services Authority Regulation No.42/POJK.04/2020 (
 POJK 42/2020 ) concerning Affiliate Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions, we hereby submit the following
 affiliate transaction report:

 Transaction Object
 On February 5, 2025, PT Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk ( Company ) with PT Ekosistem Kreatif Indonesia has signed a
 Working Order No. WO/001/CL-ALLO/25 for the cooperation in organizing the Allo Hangout 2025 event: Never lose with
 Wonwoo Mingyu.

 Transaction Value
 The transaction value for the cooperation in organizing the event is IDR 3,846,878,000.00 (three billion eight hundred
 forty-six million eight hundred seventy-eight thousand rupiah) excluding VAT.

 Taking into account the Company's paid-up capital as of December 31, 2024, which was recorded at
 IDR2,173,025,644,200.00 (two trillion one hundred seventy-three billion twenty-five million six hundred forty-four
 thousand two hundred rupiah), the total estimated transaction of IDR3,846,878,000.00 does not exceed 0.5% (zero point
 five percent) of the Company's paid-up capital or does not exceed IDR5,000,000,000.00 (five billion rupiah). Thus, the
 Company is only required to report to the Financial Services Authority no later than the end of the 2nd (second) business
 day after the transaction occurs.

 Establishment No. 22 dated April 29, 2021 made before Dedy Syamri, S.H. Notary in Jakarta and has been amended

and last amended based on Deed No. 03 dated January 17, 2022 made before Dharma Akhyuzi, S.H., Notary in
Jakarta, with the composition of the Board of Commissioners and Directors of PT Ekosistem Kreatif Indonesia as
follows:

Nature of Affiliated Relationship with the Company
The transaction between the Company and PT Ekosistem Kreatif Indonesia is categorized as an affiliate transaction as
referred to in POJK 42/2020, because the Company and PT Ekosistem Kreatif Indonesia are directly controlled by the
same party, namely PT CT Corpora.

Reasons and Background
As part of the PT CT Corpora Group, the Company sees that synergy and efficiency can be further improved in
integrated services under one roof, this can certainly improve customer service, in addition, these efforts are expected to
provide financial benefits to the Company.

For the same transaction if carried out with an unaffiliated party, it will not produce the same benefits if the transaction is
carried out with an affiliated party considering the synergy and financial factors so that the expected increase in
customer service can be achieved.

We state that all material information has been disclosed and the information is not misleading.

This report is submitted in order to comply with the provisions of POJK No. 42/2020 concerning Affiliated Transactions
