Untuk memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 6 ayat (2) Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 42/POJK.04/2020
tentang Transaksi Afiliasi dan Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan (“POJK No. 42/2020”), PT Krakatau
Steel (Persero) Tbk (“Perseroan”), dengan ini menyampaikan laporan transaksi afiliasi sebagai berikut:
To comply with the provisions of Article 6, paragraph (2) of the Financial Services Authority Regulation
No. 42/POJK.04/2020 concerning Affiliated Transactions and Conflict of Interest Transactions (“POJK
No. 42/2020”), PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk (“Company”), hereby submits the following affiliated
transaction report:

I.        Pendahuluan/ Introduction

          Transaksi afiliasi yang dilakukan adalah penandatanganan perjanjian pengalihan piutang milik
          PT Krakatau Jasa Logistik (“KJL”) kepada PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera (“KBS”)
          (“Transaksi”) berdasarkan Akta Perjanjian Pengalihan Piutang No. 12 tanggal 22 Juni 2026
          yang dibuat di hadapan Dr. Hapendi Harahap, S.H., M.Kn., Notaris di Kota Cilegon./ The
          affiliated transaction carried out was the signing of an agreement for the transfer of receivables
          belonging to PT Krakatau Jasa Logistik (“KJL”) to PT Krakatau Bandar Samudera (“KBS”)
          (“Transaction”) based on the Deed of Transfer of Receivables Agreement No. 12 dated June
          22, 2026 made before Dr. Hapendi Harahap, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in Cilegon City.

II.       Uraian tentang Transaksi Afiliasi/ Details of Transaction

          Tanggal Transaksi/ Transaction Date: Senin, 22 Juni 2026/ Monday, June 22,2026

          Objek Transaksi/ Transaction Object: Pengalihan piutang KJL kepada KBS./ Transfer of KJL
          receivables to KBS.

          Nilai Transaksi/ Transaction Value: Rp51.771.576.572 (lima puluh satu miliar tujuh ratus tujuh
          puluh satu juta lima ratus tujuh puluh enam ribu lima ratus tujuh puluh dua Rupiah/ fifty one
          billion seven hundred seventy one million five hundred seventy six thousand five hundred
          seventy two Rupiah.)

          Pihak dalam Transaksi dan Hubungan Afiliasi dengan Perseroan/ Parties in Transactions and
          Affiliated Relationships with the Company: Pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan
          Transaksi adalah KBS dan KJL, yang keduanya merupakan Perusahaan Terkendali Perseroan
          dengan kepemilikan saham sebesar 99% secara tidak langsung oleh Perseroan./ The parties
          involved in the Transaction are KBS and KJL, both of which are Controlled Companies of the
          Company, with the Company indirectly owning 99% of the shares.

           III.       Penjelasan, Pertimbangan dan Alasan Dilakukannya Transaksi Yang Mana Transaksi
                      Dilakukan oleh Pihak Terafiliasi serta Pengaruh Transaksi pada Kondisi Keuangan/
                      Explanation, Considerations and Reasons for Carrying Out Transactions Where
                       Transactions Are Carried Out by Affiliated Parties and the Impact of Transactions on
                       Financial Conditions

                        1. Transaksi ini dijalankan sejalan dengan strategi bisnis yang berkaitan dengan Perseroan./
                            This transaction is carried out in line with the Company's business strategy.

                       2. Transaksi ini tidak berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, kondisi hukum dan
                               keuangan serta kelangsungan usaha Perseroan./ The transaction does not impact the
                               operational activities, legal and financial conditions, and business continuity of the
                               Company.

           IV.        Pernyataan/ Statement

                      1.          Merujuk kepada pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam Transaksi serta nilai Transaksi
                                  sebagaimana diuraikan di atas, Transaksi ini merupakan transaksi afiliasi yang
                                  dikecualikan dari kewajiban pemenuhan prosedur dan ketentuan sebagaimana diatur
                                  dalam Pasal 3 dan Pasal 4 ayat (1) POJK 42/2020, berdasarkan Pasal 6 ayat (1) huruf
                                  (b) (3) dan huruf (c) POJK 42/2020./ Referring to the parties involved in the Transaction
                                  and the Transaction value as described above, this Transaction is an affiliated
                                 transaction that is exempt from the obligation to fulfill the procedures and provisions as
                                 stipulated in Article 3 and Article 4 paragraph (1) POJK 42/2020, based on Article 6
                                 paragraph (1) letter (b) (3) and letter (c) POJK 42/2020.

                      2.          Transaksi bukan merupakan transaksi benturan kepentingan sebagaimana dimaksud
                                  dalam POJK No. 42/2020;/ The transaction is not a conflict of interest transaction as
                                  referred to in POJK No. 42/2020;

                      3           Transaksi bukan merupakan transaksi material sebagaimana dimaksua dalam
                                  Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 17/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material
                                  dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha; dan/ The transaction is not material as referred to in
                                  Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 17/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material
                                  Transactions and Changes in Business Activities; and

                      4.           Semua informasi dan fakta material telah diungkapkan dalam laporan transaksi afiliasi
                                  ini dan informasi tersebut tidak menyesatkan./ All material information and facts have
                                  been disclosedin this affiliate transaction report, and such information is not
                                  misleading.
