Dampak Kejadian, informasi atau fakta materiat tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik/The Impact of the Occurrence, material information, or facts on the operational activities, legal aspects, financial condition, or the continuity of the Issuer or Public Company 5, Keterangan lain-lain 2025, have concluded their partnership in the cooperation of distribution of Yadea-branded 2 (two) wheeled electric vehicles and its derivative products (“Product”). Selanjutnya, Yadea akan mengambil alih sepenuhnya tanggung jawab atas kegiatan distribusi Produk yang sebelumnya telah dikembangkan oleh IE| dan NA. Yadea akan secara langsung mengelola bisnisnya di Indonesia, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada, distribusi, operasional penjualan, serta layanan purna jual terkait dengan Produk. Subseguently, Yadea will fully assume responsibility for the distribution activitles of the Product that were previously developed by IEI and NA. Yadea will directly manage its business operation in Indonesia, including but not limited to distribution, sales operation, and after sale-service related to the Product.
