Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah menyelesaikan seluruh rangkaian lelang aset
(Asset Disposal) dengan melakukan penyerahan aset kepada
pemenang lelang melalui Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara
(KPKNL) Palembang pada tanggal 4 Februari 2025, dengan
lini masa (timeline) sebagai berikut:
1. Pada tanggal 27 Desember 2024, Perseroan menerbitkan
pengumuman pada Koran Palpos terkait Pengumuman Lelang
atas Aset Peralatan yang dilaksanakan melalui KPKNL
Palembang dengan metode penawaran tertulis tanpa
kehadiran peserta lelang melalui Lelang Internet (E-Auction)
secara terbuka (open bidding);
2. Pelaksanaan lelang berupa pengumuman, penawaran
sampai penetapan pemenang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27
Desember 2024 sampai dengan tanggal 8 Januari 2025;
3. Proses serah terima dengan pembeli lelang telah dilakukan
sejak tanggal 15 Januari 2025 hingga 4 Februari 2025;
4. Pelaksanaan lelang Aset Peralatan Perseroan yang terjual
sebagaimana dimaksud dalam angka 2, terdiri dari 2 (dua)
paket lelang, berupa:
a. Paket 2
- Batching Plant (1 unit);
- Gantry Crane (1 unit);
- Genset (2 unit);
- Wheel Loader (1 unit);
- Truck Mixer (1 unit).
b. Paket 4
- Gantry Crane (1 unit);
- Genset (2 unit);
- Truck Mixer (1 unit);
- Wheel Loader (1 unit).
Jumlah total 11 (sebelas) unit Aset Peralatan secara
keseluruhan;
5. Nilai limit lelang keseluruhan berdasarkan nilai pasar
Laporan Penilaian Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik Firdaus, Ali dan
Rekan No. 00256/2.0134-00/PI/03/0071/1/XI/2024 tanggal 14
November 2024, dan Harga Perkiraan Sendiri adalah sebesar
Rp1.767.342.000,- (satu miliar tujuh ratus enam puluh tujuh
juta tiga ratus empat puluh dua ribu Rupiah) (sudah termasuk
PPN), dan harga terbentuk dari proses lelang adalah sebesar
Rp1.855.708.000,- (satu miliar delapan ratus lima puluh lima
juta tujuh ratus delapan ribu Rupiah);
6. Lelang atas Aset Peralatan merupakan salah satu upaya
implementasi Perjanjian Perdamaian yang telah disahkan
(homologasi) oleh Majelis Hakim pada tanggal 28 Juni 2022
(Perjanjian Perdamaian);
7. Penggunaan dana hasil Lelang Aset (Asset Disposal)
Peralatan akan digunakan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang
tertuang dalam Perjanjian Perdamaian.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Lelang Aset (Asset Disposal) Peralatan akan berdampak:
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan - Memperkuat likuiditas Perseroan sehingga mendukung
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kegiatan operasional Perseroan.
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau - Efisiensi beban pemeliharaan, beban penyusutan dan beban
Perusahaan Publik penyimpanan alat.

Description of Material Information or The company has completed the entire asset auction process
Facts (Asset Disposal) by handing over assets to the auction winners
through the State Property Service Office (KPKNL) Palembang
on February 4th, 2025, with the following timeline:
1. On December 27th, 2024, the company published an
announcement in the Palpos Newspaper regarding the Auction
Announcement for Equipment Assets conducted through
KPKNL Palembang using a written offer method without the
presence of auction participants through Internet Auction (E-
Auction) in an open bidding format.
2. The auction process, including the announcement, offers,
and winner determination, was carried out from December
27th, 2024, to January 8th, 2025.
3. The handover process to the auction buyers was conducted
from January 15th, 2025, to February 4th 2025.
4. The auction of the Companys Equipment Assets, as
referred to in item 2, consisted of 2 (two) auction packages, as
follows:
a. Package 2:
- Batching Plant (1 unit);
- Gantry Crane (1 unit);
- Genset (2 units);
- Wheel Loader (1 unit);
- Truck Mixer (1 unit).
b. Package 4:
- Gantry Crane (1 unit);
- Genset (2 units);
- Truck Mixer (1 unit);
- Wheel Loader (1 unit).
In conclusion with 11 (eleven) Equipment Asset units in
total.
5. The auction limit value based on the market value in the
Valuation Report from the Public Appraisal Office Firdaus, Ali,
and Partners No. 00256/2.0134-00/PI/03/0071/1/XI/2024 dated
November 14th, 2024, and the Estimated Price is
IDR1,767,342,000 (one billion seven hundred sixty-seven
million three hundred forty-two thousand Rupiah) (including
VAT). The final auction price achieved was IDR1,855,708,000
(one billion eight hundred fifty-five million seven hundred eight
thousand Rupiah).
6. The auction of Equipment Assets is one of the efforts to
implement the Settlement Agreement that was ratified
(homologated) by the Judges on June 28th, 2022 (Settlement
Agreement).
7. The proceeds from the auction of the Equipment Assets will
be used in accordance with the provisions outlined in the
Settlement Agreement.
