Sesuai dengan Pasal 2 dan Pasal 4 Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 4 Tahun 2024 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Perusahaan Terbuka dan Laporan Aktivitas Menjaminkan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka, Penfabric juga telah melaporkan perubahan kepemilikan saham Perseroan sebagaimana pada dokumen terlampir. Berhad (“Penfabric”) had completed the Fact settlement for shares purchase transaction through voluntary tender offer on shares of PT Century Textile Industry Tbk on 24 January 2025.
