Terbuka, dan SEOJK No. 16/SEOJK.04/2021 tentang Bentuk
Dan Isi Laporan Tahunan Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik;

2023 dan S-1556/PM.211/2023 tanggal 31 Agustus 2023
perihal Penelaahan atas Laporan Tahunan 2022 dan Laporan
Keberlanjutan 2022 PT Mahaka Media Tbk

Facts will:
1. Disclose all description of the contents in the Annual Report
and Sustainability Report in accordance with the provisions in
OJK regulation No. 29/POJK.04/2016 concerning the Annual
Report of Issuers or Public Companies, POJK No.
51/POJK.03/2017 concerning the Implementation of
Sustainable Finance for Financial Services Institutions,
Issuers, and Public Companies,1 POJK No. 21/POJK.04/2015
concerning the Implementation of the Guidelines for Good
Corporate Governance of Public Companies, OJK Circular
Letter ("SEOJK") No. 32/SEOJK.04/2015 concerning
Guidelines for Good Corporate Governance of Public
Companies, and SEOJK No. 16/SEOJK.04/2021 concerning
the Form and Content of the Annual Report of Issuers or
Public Companies; and
2. Disclose and correct the matters found in OJK Letter No. S-
1379/PM.211/2024 dated August 30, 2024 regarding the
Review of the 2023 Annual Report and the Sustainability
Report for the period January 1 to December 31, 2023 and S-
1556/PM.211/2023 dated August 31, 2023 regarding the
Review of the 2022 Annual Report and the 2022 Sustainability
Report of PT Mahaka Media Tbk.
The Company is committed to fulfilling the disclose and
improvement of all entries in the Annual Report and
Sustainability Report as mentioned in 1) an 2) above which we
will present in the Company's 2024 Annual Report and
Sustainability Report.
