Peraturan Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, dengan ini

penggantian Corporate Secretary dari Wioga Adhiarma Aji digantikan oleh Fenty Rischana

PT BANK PEMBANGUNAN DAERAH JAWA TIMUR Tbk
In accordance with Financial Service Authority’s Regulation (FSA) Number
35/POJK.04/2014 regarding Corporate Secretary and The Regulation Of Indonesia Stock
Exchange Number 1-E regarding The Obligation of Delivering Information, hereby the Board of
Directors of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (“the Company”) announced the
replacement of Corporate Secretary of Wioga Adhiarma Aji replaced by Fenty Rischana effective
from February 10th 2025.
