Perubahan BAE sebagaimana dimaksud akan berlaku secara efektif mulai
tanggal 1 Februari 2025.
Perseroan melakukan perubahan BAE dikarenakan kebijakan internal
Perseroan terkait evaluasi secara berkala atas penunjukan vendor
Perseroan yang merupakan bagian dari implementasi tata Kelola
Perseroan.
Tidak ada hubungan afiliasi antara Perseroan dengan PT Ficomindo Buana
Registrar.
Referring to OJK Regulation No. 45 of 2024 concerning the Development
and Strengthening of Issuers and Public Companies, we hereby inform you
of changes in the Securities Administration Bureau (“BAE”), with the
following details:
Before:
PT Datindo Entrycom

changed to:
PT Ficomindo Buana Registrar
Jl. Kyai Caringin No.2-A, Gambir,
Jakarta 10150
as the Company's share manager with the stock code “ENAK.”
The change of BAE as intended will be effective starting February 1, 2025.
The Company made a change of the Registrar due to the Company's
internal policy regarding periodic evaluation of the Company's vendor
appointment which is part of the implementation of the Corporate
Governance.
There is no affiliation between the Company and PT Ficomindo Buana
Registrar.
