Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubung dengan Surat Keputusan Direktur PT Bursa Efek
Indonesia Nomor Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 Perihal Perubahan
Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang kewajiban penyampaian
informasi, dengan ini kami sampaikan penjelasan kesiapan
dana pelunasan efek, sebagai berikut:
1. Dana untuk pembayaran pokok Obligasi
Berkelanjutan III Toyota Astra Financial Services Dengan
Tingkat Bunga Tetap Tahap II Tahun 2022 Seri B sebesar
Rp1,019,900,000,000,- (Satu Triliun Sembilan Belas Miliar
Sembilan Ratus Juta Rupiah) yang akan jatuh tempo pada
tanggal 23 Februari 2025, tersedia pada saat akan jatuh
tempo sesuai ketentuan.
2. Sumber dana yang akan digunakan untuk
pembayaran Obligasi tersebut berasal dari dana internal
Perseroan.
3. Sampai saat ini tidak ada keputusan atau hal penting
lainnya yang dilakukan oleh manajemen terkait hal-hal
tersebut di atas.

Description of Material Information or In connection with the Decree of the Director of the Indonesia
Facts Stock Exchange Number Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 regarding
the Amendment of Regulation Number I-E regarding the
obligation to submit information, we hereby convey an
explanation of the readiness of the securities repayment fund,
as follows:
1. Funds for the principal payment of Toyota Astra Financial
Services Shelf-Registered Bonds III with Fixed Interest Rate
Phase II Year 2022 Series B amounting to IDR
1,019,900,000,000 (One Trillion Nineteen Billion Nine Hundred
Million Rupiah) which will mature on February 23, 2025, will be
available at the time of maturity according to the provisions.
2. The source of funds to be used for the payment of the
Bonds comes from the Company's internal funds.
3. Until now there are no decisions or other important matters
made by the management regarding the matters mentioned
above.
